We stayed April into May and had a fantastic time. Yes it’s early in the season so there were somethings not ready ie the mini market on site, no entertainment and no buffet the first morning but this was replaced with a lovely alacarte breakfast. I’m sure as the hotel gets busier this will be rectified. We had a swim up room which we found to be worth the upgrade especially if you visit in the busier part of the season, although there were only a few guests so no sunbed wars. There were also couple sunbeds and a nice beanbag area to sit and admire the fabulous view.
We had Wi-Fi throughout the hotel including in the room.
The snack and bar menu we found to be very reasonably priced considering you’re in the hotel with a stunning view.
We were aware of the location as we have been to the area many times so knew we needed to get transport to go out unless you are fit enough to walk downhill into Oludeniz about 20 mins but we got taxis 50TL and the Dolmus 10 TL each. The steep slope from the road to the hotel entrance would be a problem to some people although I believe you can request a taxi to drive down to the door if you need it to. There is also a lift that takes you down to the restaurant from the pool area.
We we very happy with our breakfast each day as you could have fresh omelettes/fried eggs etc as well as cereals/yoghurts salad/meats/cheese/pastries all unlimited, yes there is no toast but various types of fresh bread. We were half board and each evening there was usually one meat/fish/vegetable and pasta option along with plentiful salad/meat/cheese and deserts were delicious. Coffee/tea/juice was included at meal times and alcoholic drinks could be purchased from the bar. We found the fact that staff served the meal to you to be extremely hygienic as people couldn’t touch the food or cough/sneeze over it as we have seen elsewhere. I eat well and found if you just ask for more by pointing it was provided and you could eat unlimited. It’s not always for everyone but we couldn’t fault our meals. The staff work tirelessly all day from maintenance to service and were very friendly and helpful. Top Tip..We found using Google translate (free app) we could converse very well with all staff and they appreciated the effort.
The room was modern and spacious with a small amount of storage only thing we found was that we could hear the TV in next door room and whatever else was going on!!
Overall I would say having experienced other hotels in the area it was great value for money at the time of year we went.

We had a fantastic time! The staff are super friendly and the staff will help with anything that they can. We booked a swim up room which was totally worth it and gave you your own little space. Svetlana was absolutely fantastic and made sure that we had a fantastic time. She even booked us a quad bike experience via the hotel which was brilliant!

The hotel wasn’t too busy when we stayed which was really nice during breakfast and evening meals (we went half board). The evening meals were absolutely brilliant and a massive selection and variety. Limited options for vegetarians but I think Turkey itself is fairly meat/fish orientated. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were cleaned throughly every day with fresh bedding and towels.

The hotel is only a 2 mins car journey to the beach or blue lagoon. It is 50 tl (£2.40) in a taxi (apparently there a is a bus too every 15 mins but we never used it). The hotel can call a taxi, but we just stood and flagged one down with our thumb as there’s about 10 taxis driving past every 30 seconds during the day. We never waited longer than 5 mins to get one. There’s a water park in Fethiye (about 10 mins taxi journey) called Orka Aquapark which is absolutely fantastic to spend the whole day there and it’s £19 per person entry. During the evening you can go back down to the beach area where there are loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. The night life is fairly vibrant there with some great bars with music and dancing, however usually most things close by 1am. The hotel had some good entertainment whilst we were there too, one night they had a belly dancing performance and another night they had some Turkish dancers. I’d say the location of this hotel was brilliant and the views and surroundings were incredible.

The only negatives were that we were due to be picked up by the Jet2 airport transfer at 7pm and we checked out of our room and spent all day at a water park and when we asked if we could keep the room longer or use a different one and pay to shower and get ready for our flight home apparently they had no rooms at all in the hotel for us. Also I think it would be useful to have a luggage room, as most hotels these days do have one. Everyone seemed to leave their cases (we did the same) just against a wall in reception whilst we went out for the day. They were perfectly safe, however just think for the future it is good to have a luggage room available to keep belonging safe.

Absolutely wonderful stay overall, would 100% recommend and return.

Can highly recommend this hotel. Booked a standard b&b room and on arrival we got a free upgrade to a swim up room. Clean, airy with extra linen in wardrobe, lovely soft towels in the bathroom. Rooms are made up everyday, sometimes with added towel origami on the bed. The restaurant has a huge breakfast selection with highly attentive staff. Buffet style evening meals again with huge selection. Being a vegetarian myself I find it can be hard to find a plated meal BUT nothing was too much for the chefs or manager to always make sure I had enough selection. Entertainment from traditional dance troupes and music. Reception had great local knowledge, excursion rep in foyer at all times and dulmos or taxi available from outside the hotel. Would definitely book this hotel again.

On first impression the hotel looks really good but once you look a bit closer at the little details, it is rough around the edges considering it is only a few years old.

The rooms are nicely decorated but the beds are so uncomfortable, unless you like to sleep on the footpath with a pillow and a tea towel to cover you! The covers also had blood on them and not changed frequently we noticed too.

Our main issue for the room was the bathroom though. Every time you shower, the floor would flood due to not being sealed correctly. We also complained 4 times to reception about the faulty shower head and the “technical manager” finally came and attempted a fix with brown exterior mastic which worked for all of 30 seconds before the shower head blew again, rather than just replacing it. During our stay, we discovered 5 other couples had the same issues with the shower facility. There was also a foul odour of sewage from the plug hole in the sink which was rather unpleasant.

The pool area with the infinity pool gave beautiful views of Oludeniz and the paragliders from Babadag Mountain.

Thankfully we stayed bed and breakfast rather than half board. We actually only used it 3 mornings during our 10 night stay. This was due to the set up they have where you get served behind a glass counter rather than serving yourself. It was made difficult as the staff serving struggled to speak any English so ordering eggs and omelettes was challenging. The cereal, fruit & continental breakfast items behind the glass counter were also cover in flies which was rather off putting.

Our flight home was a late night flight so the transfer collecting us was at 7.30pm. Check out is at 12. Ourselves and several others over our stay were told there was no late check out available. We were told by reception we could leave our suitcases/hand luggage in reception unattended as there is no locked room to keep them in. To get ready for going home, they also advised we can shower next to the sun bathing guests by the pool. Then change in the gym area which comprised of a small room with glass doors and a toilet and sink in a tiny cubicle where the floor was wet and sticky, unsure if it was water, urine or both which was a disgusting experience!!

Jet2 rated this hotel at 4* when we booked it and it couldn’t be more than 3* at an absolute push! The one good thing it was in a great location to easily access Oludeniz, Hisaronu and Fethiye via bus & taxi which are both very cheap. Coming to this area we noticed isn’t as cheap as it once was. For drinks and meals it is the same prices as you would pay in the UK now a days.

Overall, it is a beautiful location to visit and we would return to this area again but it wouldn’t be staying in this hotel again unfortunately.

We arrived in the early hours and got a really warm welcome from Ennis. He checked us in and gave us filled baguettes in case we were hungry after the journey.

The rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. There is a fridge with complimentary water. The air con and safe are included in the cost of the holiday, so no added extras to pay for. The view from the room is tremendous, looking out over the bay, with small boats bobbing about and paragliders above. The towels are changes daily and the complimentary toiletries, coffee, tea and water are replaced on a daily basis as well.

The facilities are excellent, with a large pool which you can stand up in at both ends. You have the same view across the bay from the pool or you can watch the cable cars in the opposite direction. There is a pool bar and a main bar connected to the restaurant. We went B&B so only had the breakfast where there was plenty to choose from and all served to you rather than self serve. There was entertainment a few nights a week but we ventured out every night so didn’t get to see it.

The hotel has its own onsite representative, a lovely lady called Merve (Mary) who is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly and loves to have a chat. Mary can sort out excursions at a similar price to what you would pay on the strip. We booked the Jeep safari with Mary and had a brilliant day out.

The staff make the place, they are all excellent with many speaking good English . They will go out of their way to help and nothing is too much trouble. Every night when we popped down for a drink before heading out, the manager greeted us warmly and had a chat as he did each morning at breakfast.

I have seen a couple of previous posts with images of a damp wall. That has now been fixed and there is a bamboo and foliage type covering which looks really good.

The hotel is situated between Oludeniz and Hisaronu but I wouldn’t recommend trying to walk to either as the hill is too steep. I did walk up from Oludeniz once which was something not to be repeated. A taxi either up or down costs £2.50 and the dolmas is even cheaper. No need to book taxis as they come past every minute and will always stop if they are empty.

Would we return? Absolutely; tomorrow if we could. 😀

We stayed from 12th May for 12 nights in this hotel on a half board basis. The room we had was a swim up room with early morning sun, a large comfortable bed, plenty of storage space and was cleaned each day with fresh towels and bedding. T he food was plentiful and tasty with much choice particularly the desserts!! All the staff were very helpful and friendly and contributed to us really enjoying our holiday. Merve and Seyma both, offered us sound advise and help with our trip and tours. Will definitely be visiting again.

First of all I'd like to say how amazing the staff were at this hotel, the receptionists were very helpful, polite and welcoming. The bar and restaurant staff were brilliant and they made some yummy cocktails too, the bar staff were teaching us words in Turkish. They would help to carry your food to the table at breakfast/teatime, nothing was too much for them. Management are very polite and we come say hello each morning at breakfast.
AJ who arranges the activities is so helpful and lovely too.

Me and my boyfriend got a swim up room, the views are AMAZING! The only down side was the jacuzzi rooms on the top floor, the room we were in the water dripped onto us on our balcony on our first day it was so bad it soaked everything but after that it was drips every so often, we did speak to reception about this quite afew times but nothing was done, it didn't put us off the hotel though or the swim up room I just think they need to rethink that idea. Some of the attention to detail on the hotel may need re-doing and looking into or updating when the season finishes.
The infinity pool was amazing and we never got bored of the views!
The food choice was ok it was mostly Turkish cuisine which I really liked. The taxi to the beach from the hotel was really cheap around £2/£3 and the cable car up the mountain is a 5min walk up the road which is around £8pp so I highly recommend this.

It would be a good idea to have a small shop of some snacks behind the pool bar because the choice was an ice-cream or a meal which you don't always feel like that. This is just my opinion though.

I would definitely come back again but only as a couple not with kids.

Also if booking with jet2 or similar package holidays I'd advise getting a private transfer as this only takes an hour from dalaman airport, the transfers apparently can take up to 2hrs.

We booked this hotel for our family back in January 2022 for 2 swim up rooms to sleep 4 adults. In March 2022, I emailed the hotel directly to ensure the 2 rooms be next to each other as we wanted to be able to enjoy the swim up pool as a family. There was no reason why I thought they wouldn't be together as the booking was made with all the same surname and both rooms were booked on the same booking. On arrival, we were put in 2 rooms at polar opposites of the hotel. One was on the ground level and the other was 3 floors down and the other side of the hotel. When we complained our grown up children were eventually moved to the room next door to our room.

The hotel rooms themselves required maintenance on every aspect. Our bathroom sink work top had the corner broken off. The bedside shelf was hanging off the wall, the shower flooded into the bathroom and it smelt damp. We had 6 coat-hangers, 3 of which were broken and unuseable. The room had no drawers at all, and no shelving.

Every other room in the row along our swim up pool rooms all had problems on arrival and were not given the rooms booked. One room's air conditioning didn't work and the Manager put 3 lots of guests in it and all 3 got moved for this reason after complaining. Finally after 3 room moves, I believe the fault was addressed.

The swim up pool was meant to be an infinity pool but the level was low because there had been a leak previously. Guests in our row of swim up rooms constantly had to request the pool to be cleaned as this didn't seem to be a daily routine. Consequently there was black oil around the edge of the pool (presumably from sun tan cream) which if leant against, made your swimwear black.

Pool towels were rarely available and when they were, they were of such a poor quality and were threadbare and even had holes in. The childrens' paddling pool had numerous tiles missing from the bottom of it.

Toilet rolls seemed to be rationed and the only covering on the bed was like a teacloth and not big enough.

Every time we left or returned to the hotel, the only way to get to our room was walking through the restaurant, which isn't very nice for those eating at the time.

There are many trip hazards and I would strongly urge anyone with walking disabilities or the elderly should avoid this hotel at all costs, as it is an accident waiting to happen.

I think the hotel had major problems with water leaks as evidenced by peeling plaster, damp smells and gaps in the laminate flooring in some rooms.

On the plus sides, the view from our room was beautiful.

Never have I met such a lovely set of people. Fatima who cleaned every day and made wonderful displays with towels (photo’s will be attached)! Lana was always on hand to sort problems for us and make exclusive reservations, she was always smiling and inviting. The catering staff were out of this world and could not do enough for you. Osman and his team are very professional and organized but welcoming with it. You were spoilt for choice when it comes to food. I could have an omelette or fried eggs, continental breakfast. No sooner have you finished and your plate is removed. The fruit was very fresh especially the water melon.
My husband and I went on holiday here and we have come away with lovely memories and have met really nice people.
The hotel should advertise what entertainment is on each night because the holiday makers are not aware and miss out. Monday night Latin Night, Wednesday night Acrobat’s and Friday night is Turkish night. All worth staying to watch.
Thank you love from Mandy & Alan Morton x

This was our first holiday for three years & we genuinely couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived right through to leaving, the attention from all the hotel staff couldn't be faulted. We arrived at 1.30am & were greeted at the coach by the Front Desk Staff who took our cases. Check-in was quick. We were also given sandwiches which we thought was a lovely touch.
We were highly impressed with our swim up room which we found very comfortable, but it was only after we woke that we appreciated the breathtaking views out to the sea. Tea & coffee making facilities were provided as well as bottled water & toiletries. These were continually replenished.
Breakfast was very impressive, from juices to fresh fruit, omelettes to pancakes, salads to cereals etc etc. Definitely something for everyone & no reason why anyone should go away hungry.
We chose the half board option & were never disappointed. 4 courses each night comprising of salads, soups, usually 3 main dishes & several desserts. Again, we never went away hungry. Alparslan, the Food & Beverage Manager made a point of introducing himself to all the guests, nothing was too much trouble for him or his staff. They were always polite & willing to help with anything.
We enjoyed the peace, quiet & convenience of our swim-up room, where the pool was cleaned & topped up regularly. As well as also having the option of staying by the main pool, the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to Sugar Beach, a beautiful sandy beach with free beds. Reasonably priced food & drink was also available.
We had a couple of very minor issues with our room, but these were addressed immediately. Housekeeping did a wonderful job in keeping the room clean, & providing fresh towels & bedding on a daily basis.
Personally, we couldn't fault our stay. From other reviews, it looks like some guests had issues, but I'm sure the positives outweighed the negatives. It is a new hotel with some teething problems, but I'm confident the renovations taking place when the season ends will resolve all matters, ready for the 2023 season.
We'd like to say a big "Thank You" to all the staff, including Berk, the Front Desk Manager, all the reception staff, housekeeping & the bar/restaurant staff. Everyone played their part in making our stay extra special. The staff are a credit to the hotel.
Hope to see you all again next year.

It’s not adults only. We visited in May with my little girl. They do have a sister hotel which is adults only. I did get a drink a couple of nights and took it to my room. They do room service so don’t think it’s a problem. They have a fridge so the cheaper option would be to stock up at the supermarket.

The hotel provides a free courtesy bus to sugar beach, 3 times in the morning & twice in the afternoon. The sunbeds are also free, whereas you have to pay for them on the public beach. Buses pass outside the hotel going to Olu Deniz in one direction & Hisaronu & Fethiye in the opposite direction, where you will find many restaurants. You can also easily get a taxi. Although there is no pavement, it is possible to walk into Olu Deniz, which takes about half an hour. As the road is very busy, it's something that we did, but only in daylight. The cable car is a few minutes walk uphill from the hotel., which takes you up to 3 different levels of the mountain to watch the paragliders taking off. You will also find restaurants there. Hope this is of help to you.
