My wife & I have just returned from a brilliant 7 night stay at this hotel, we loved it & will be going back here again.
Firstly I'll get the only two negatives out of the way
1. The transfer time from Dalaman airport is nearly two hours & we would recommend getting a private transfer rather than a the tour operator's coach
2. We love music while we're lying at the pool but the noise from the main pool went for 14 hours every day (16 at the weekend) & the thumping base was constant. Thankfully the sound system is amazing so at least there was no distortion which irritates the life out of me.
So let's discuss what we loved about this hotel
1. The staff were fantastic, very attentive & nothing was too much trouble for them
2. The food was the best buffet dinner we have had at any all inclusive hotel, plentiful & hot.
3. Our room, although fairly small, was spotless & the shower very forceful & easily controlled.
4. Our room was right next to the 'quiet' pool (see note about main pool above) which meant we were guarnteed a sunbed every day.
5. The pool bar had a wide choice of cocktails & local spirits. You could upgrade to premium spirits but there was no need.
6. We did the steak a la carte dinner one night & it was amazing! 5 courses; garlic bread & oil, salad, pasta dish, steak beautifully cooked & presented & finally a dessert. It was £20 per head but really well worth it.
7. The hotel is located litterally 20 metres from the strip, which had your usual genuine fake shops, bars (VIP particularly good), restaurants & ice cream vendors. Have to say we felt totally safe there & the street vendors very funny as you would expect.
8. At the bottom of the strip is the promenade then the beach. Sandia has its own private beach if you like that sort of thing but you have to pay for your drinks here.
Watch out for the parasailers landing on the grass area, its brilliant to watch but you need to keep your wits about you to avoid getting clattered.
The good bits far outweigh the negatives & we would thoroughly recommend this hotel to couples & families.

We went as a couple having started at an other liberty hotel in the past we choose for the brand ,we were not disappointed. The food was hot and plenty of it renewed very frequently and tasted delicious, servers were friendly mannerly and efficient after a room changed from 1035 to (which is very dark stuffy with a large extractor fan in the balcony which overlooks parked cars on the street) room 1313
Was beautiful (15steps to our lounger 20 to bar 10 to pool) was perfect
Rooms clean comfortable and air con works like a dream
Bathroom good size with rain shower good pressure.tea &coffee, kettle in room as well as fridge refilled daily.Botteled water free of charge available thought out hotel as well as your room ,grounds cleaning and well maintained we never used main pool as we were next to adults pool (toilet below adults pool) alcohol was nice if a bit stronger ask for small measures more enjoyable.
Girl in bar at lobby (blond hair black t shirt sorry forgot her name) makes delicious cocktails . Pool towels are a nightmare to get changed 2 covers for bed would be nicer one not big enough,Night entertainment is not good at all reminds you of high school kids .
Outside front of hotel and you are on main road to shops bars restaurant ECT all pedestrianised 10 mins walk to private Beach.
Beautiful sunset .
This is a great hotel in a great location can be a bit noisy but hey your on holiday ⛱️🍹🌞🏖️

Really lovely stay here. Rooms are not hugely spacious but are cleaned everyday with both bathroom towels and beach towels replaced daily.
The restaurant serves high quality food. I think some may argue there isn’t enough of a selection compared to other hotels they’ve stayed in but there is enough variety - and like I said, what is served is of a high quality. I sometimes feel you have to be careful with some cuts of meat abroad but everything here was excellent.
Staff in the restaurant are superb! We had Simge serve us every evening and she was a delight! You have to order your drinks but once she knows what you’re drinking she keeps them flowing all evening.
We’re not a family that sits down to watch the entertainment but it sounded good!
Beach is a short walk and the hotel has sunbeds and parasols for guest use. Sea is crystal clear and provides a much needed cool down in these global boiling temperatures!!
The strip is entertaining to walk down!!! Top advice is that if you’re planning on buying anything then head to the shops that look a little more up market as the staff will let you browse without forcing things upon you!

After 10 amazing nights in the Sundia, we're sat waiting for the transfer back to the airport.
Sundia outweighs a number of All Inclusive hotels we've stayed in, in Turkey.
I'm very surprised at the negative comments and I can honestly say we didn't experience any noisy air con units as the balcony doors are sound proof, the food was exceptional (if you want a full English breakfast, go to Blackpool or Benidorm). The food selection at breakfast and dinner is superb, and it's the first time we've experienced table service from an Al a carte menu at lunch - the snack bar has an array of pizzas, burgers, wraps... there's about 15 all inclusive cocktails to choose from so the fun part was working our way through them to find our favourite.

The room was cosy, and well laid out with a very powerful shower and a mini bar which was topped up daily with branded coke, Fanta, sprite, Efes beer and still and sparkling water (only thing missing is a bottle opener, but we managed to improvise)

Location wise, you're right on the main strip with bars, shops, restaurants, places to book tours, boat trips and paragliding.

The pool area is huge and we had no trouble getting a sun lounger. The entertainment team work very hard and put on pool based games like water polo and water volleyball, darts, aerobics... special shout out to the fabulous Nancy and Mirac!

Really sad to be leaving and we'll be back... thank you Sundia.

We’ve just got home from 10 days at Sundia and we would all highly recommend this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, you walk out the hotel onto a strip of bars, restaurants and shops, which was ideal, with the beach at the end of the road. However, this did mean at times, mainly the weekend, it was a bit noisy. We were all inclusive and there was a great variety of food for each meal and all of the staff were so attentive!
We had 2 rooms between 4 of us, the room with 2 adults and 1 child was great, there was enough room for 3 suitcases and everything was modern. Our room was also kept very clean by the wonderful cleaners during our stay. The room for 1 solo adult was tiny, there wasn’t even enough room around your bed to open your suitcase, however, we asked reception if we could move and after 2 days they were able to move rooms. I would suggest booking 2 single beds and not a double if you’re travelling as a solo adult so you don’t get put in that room.
Our little girl is 4 and she was obsessed with the kids club, she spent as much time as she could doing different activities in the kids club which is located perfectly in a room by the pool so there are loads of sun beds right outside the door so you can easily keep a close eye on them. Then there’s a kids disco every night which she also loved, followed by adults entertainment. A special thanks to Esther for looking after Ivy so well, for being so patient and caring with her and making her holiday so much fun.
Our only negative was that the kids disco wasn’t on until 9:30pm and then adults entertainment after that so it was all a bit late, especially when you have young children. Also the entertainment is very loud so there’s not much option for an early night!
Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sundia and would definitely return.

This was our first visit to this hotel & we were not disappointed. They have recently gone All Inclusive this year & we were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good indeed plenty of choice & excellent ingredients.

The room, although small, was adequate & spotlessly clean It had a small fridge that supplied beer, soft drinks, water & a little pack of snack crackers on a daily basis

The staff in the main dining room indoor & out were exceptional & a special mention goes to “Sukma” from Bali who waited on the evening meal tables she was an absolute joy, always smiling & nothing was too much trouble if asked to do anything She is a credit to this hotel &we want her to know how valued she was on our holiday

The only negative we found was the location which is right beside the strip of shops bars clubs & restaurants Not the hotels fault but if you were unlucky enough to be opposite the night clubs it would be endless loud noise every night so no sleep (advantageous for shopping & nightlife though) So hence the 4 star rating

On saying that we had a fabulous time & stay at this “Gem” of a hotel & applaud your efforts in making it such a pleasant holiday We highly recommend & will definitely return at some point in the future Thank you.

I've been to 2 all inclusive hotels in Oludeniz and this hotel is 1000% better than the best of the 2. Rooms were a nice size with decent storage, tea and coffee facilities, air con and safe, and a mini bar all included. Towels and bedding were changed and the room cleaned daily
Sunbeds wars only seem to exist on change overs when people have been there a day or two it calms down.
Breakfast is a mixture of Turkish and various hot options in the inside part of the restaurant. Outside part of the restaurant you can get just about every type of cooked eggs known to mankind. Lunch can be eaten at the snack bar at the pool or top restaurant.
Snack bar food is mainly a fast food menu English/European with a couple of Turkish options. Lunch and dinner at the main restaurant is fantastic all types of options including vegan and vegetarian. There are all types of meats, lamb, beef and chicken with all types of vegetables (the mashed potatoes are to die for).
The staff here are fantastic, thanks to you all for looking after us, nothing was too much trouble. To mention a few, top restaurant, Seda, Sukma, Furkan, snack bar Pina, Osman, Jay, Siam Yildiz, entertainment Aya, Bora, Esra, Aleyna, Nancy and DJ Elvis. Again thank you all for looking after us. We came to this hotel as strangers and left as family

We have recently stayed at this hotel.
Our room was in a good location within the hotel main building & we did not hear much noise at night. However we can understand when previous guests say some of the rooms are noisy as these are the rooms which are nearest or back onto the strip of bars.

We found the food to be nice with fairly good choice. Myself being a vegetarian, I was able to find plenty of food to make a meal with.

The grounds of the hotel are very clean and I found the pools to be clean. The adult pool was a good touch also.

We found the staff are generally friendly and helpful.

My husband said the cocktails were made with reasonable spirits and the lager is nice.

We would return to this hotel (if we could pick it up and move it). We generally found
Olu Deniz ok, but the loud bars on the strip and fake shops were not our thing. However the beach front and blue lagoon are nice.

We spent most days out of the resort going on buses places or walking part of the Lycian Way.

We booked this hotel based on trip advisor ratings , it’s definitely not a 5 and can’t possibly be a 5 due to its location and layout, that said they do try. Staff were excellent, food did get slightly repetitive but was pretty decent, could do with sorting the fly problem out inside as they were constantly on the food .
entertainment was short in duration and some nights it was laughable in respect of quality.
It’s very clean but definitely starting to show its age.
We were given a room on arrival that can only be described as LOUD, the bar opposite had karaoke blasting out literally yards from the window and an air conditioning unit that fortunately ,or not, drowned out the singing. The next day we were offered another room away from the strip side, first room was tiny and couldn’t fit three people in, two adults and teenager, offered a third room which I would call tired at best. We were also given the option to upgrade to another room at the other side of hotel to the main town strip, although it cost an extra £180 it was definitely worth it and quite frankly made the holiday, modern and very quiet, including the air conditioning🙂
Worth a trip up the mountain and the paragliding, has enough bars etc I the resort to keep everyone happy. The hotel itself and the area in general has a good mix of nationalities, which was good to see rather than idiot Brit’s everywhere, although there was a few, as usual….
If you get the right room then it’s ok, but wouldn’t go back as far too many other hotels out there in the world …4/5

They have live sports on the strip immediately outside the hotel. Also, they did have limited live sports by the reception. Only 1 telly. Loads of choice outside.

Although it is technically wheelchair friendly, it is not very well executed. There is a steep ramp just to get to the reception from the entrance, then the stairs down to the main level uses a platform lift that needs a member of staff to operate it and when it actually works, is very slow. The disabled rooms are not practical, they use a physical key to unlock and also need to be locked with the key when inside. The rooms are located at the back of the main restaurant where there's a lot of noise with staff and trolleys being moved around. It ticks a box but not the best experience.
