This is our second visit to Turkey and this time we stayed at the Liberty hotel in hisaronu and it was amazing place to stay very professional & friendly staff providing 1st class service. The kids club was very secure and safe for the little ones, we left our little goon and we’ve never done that before because it just didn’t seem safe but the area is completely secure and the staff are very friendly and trustworthy and are vetted by TUI I’d say around 85% off the staff speak English and will go out off their way to help you or even just chat to you. The other guests were very friendly not a lot off problem families or groups of lads/gals on a piss up so very convenient for families with kids the pool area is very big with slides and chilling areas but due to going during Covid-19 we didn’t use the pool lots off others did but each to their own, the rooms are very clean and big the cleaning staff are friendly and cleaned our room every day and made what I’ve come to call towel origami look at the pictures I’ve uploaded and it will make sense, we had a balcony room top floor the view from it was breath taking and you could see for miles. The food now this is a tricky one for me because we spent a lot off our time eating out not because the good was bad or anything just because we wanted to get out more but the food that we did try at the hotel was very good and cheaper then most restaurant’s oddly but still good so I’ll leave that for you to decide if and when you decide to go there yes I’m talking to you the person that is reading this dumb ass’s comment’s for which I thank you but moving on you are never to far from anything the town centre is a 5/10 minute walk or direct line to the taxi service the bus stop is round the corner,,,🤔 not else to say really but before I stop boring the hell out you I wanted you to know that it was that good that I’ve booked for us to go back to the Liberty hotel in hisaronu now my Mrs has always said I’ve got more rabbit that water ship down so I’ll shut up and leave you to contemplate on if my boring review has helped you at all good bye 👋 and have a safe fun and prosperous journey.…
We stayed at this hotel as a couple for 2 weeks in September.we booked this hotel as we’ve stayed at another liberty in the area in the past so knew what to expect We arrived at 1 in the morning and was swiftly checked in and shown to our room(111) a ground floor room directly opposite the beauty salon with a double(and single) bed and a pool view as requested the room was really big and spotlessly clean. We stayed b&b and tbh only made breakfast about 3-4 times in the whole 2 weeks ha Breakfast had plenty of choice from pastries, cereal, toast pancakes and eggs cooked how u like to Turkish breakfast but sadly we just found everything just really lacked taste 🙄 The hotel did a lunch menu which we did work our way though over our time there but again lacked flavour ....on our first day we ordered full English as we’d missed breakfast, to be served a half English and half Turkish breakfast 😤 if you advertise a full English and charge a damn sight more then on the strip then a full English is what should be served. Drinks....we started buying our soft drinks from the little supermarket on site same price just tasted better and it was an excuse to see tweety the little sweety Cocktails were good when you got what you actually ordered The hotel has 2 pools one been adult only, both are of good size and again spotlessly clean...our first week we did have an issue with sunbed wars having to get up at stupid o’clock just to get a bed .....The hotel was running at nowhere near full capacity so I’d hate to see it if it was. I need to give a shout out to a few and it is a few of the staff ....firstly vesile our cleaner she absolutely went above and beyond always spoke everytime we seen her and our room was always spotless with some amazing towel art 😊 seyfur round the pool and the al a carte restaurant on a night he was amazing always went out of his way to look after everyone infact he was the only on that did...well done seyfur ur a credit to that hotel.the young lad at the al a carte restaurant I didn’t get his name but he was always lovely and polite went out of his way to come speak to you and lastly the 2 that had the beauty salon again always nice and friendly. sadly the rest of the staff walked around asif it was a chore to do anything for you...the poolbar manager...well just rude!! Shouted at me one day because I asked for a straw 🤦♀️ When we booked this hotel the reviews said it’s a few minutes to the strip ....well I would say it’s more 10mins walk and it is really dark no real lighting on the street walking up to the hotel. All in all we had a fab last minute 2 weeks away and met some lovely people Would We stay at this hotel again?? Hmmmmm I’m not sure ...the food really let it down and it becomes a chore to have to walk 10-15 minutes everytime you want to eat and I think in high season or school holidays it could be a bit of a nightmare. A few tweaks ....staff and food and this hotel would be spot on …
Having just returned from the Liberty Hotel and missing quarantine in the Uk by 4 days , it was a lovely trip. Check in was smooth and quick, staff are very attentive and can't do enough for you , safety deposit boxes are paid extra on arrival. Be aware this is a cashless hotel and everything you get from drinks at dinner to poolside snacks and drinks are payable with your room key , keep an eye on it as it's easy to rack up quite a bill without thinking about it ..... Room cleaners are lovely and polite , the staff in the restaurant (There are loads of them) are good and the chefs are polite and accommodating , it was a bit odd not having the buffet available but the service was ok , the food not so much , dinner was often dry as they don't do "sauces" gravy was available only on Sunday but it was well cooked and well presented but just not my cup of tea and I missed my breakfast bacon, my opinion entirely. The dining area is well situated and overlooks the pool , there are flower troughs alongside the tables that really need looking at as they are full of dead stuff ... they would be lovely planted up , perhaps because it was towards end of season ??? The hotel is quite high up and towels left on the balcony overnight were very damp in the mornings from the mist that comes down and the evenings could be a bit cool. The pool bar staff are good and attentive and have a good variety of drinks and meals during the day the adult only pool is a draw but the banging music from the other pool put a bit of a damper on it but their pastas are lovely and definitely enough for 2 to share. The rooms are really spacious and balcony's quite large with a table and 2 chairs. The only downside was the "call to prayer" at 05.45 every morning and the excavation works going on at 0700 at the back of the hotel (Room 238) The resort itself was fine , slightly uphill from the hotel and a very dark walk from the hotel to the main road , not suitable for wheelchairs or anyone with a walking disability. There is something for everyone , beer gardens , wine bars, restaurants, Steak houses , Chinese , English etc .... Reasonably priced and staff in the bars are fun ..... It is supposed to be mandatory for masks to be work in all public places at present but it was hit and miss and never enforced despite a police presence , most staff had masks round their chins.. Despite my negatives I would recommend this Hotel , it's clean and tidy and the staff are great , We have a great time there and by the sounds of it people go back year after year ...…
Another great holiday at our favourite hotel with our liberty family celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary. Great to meet up with friends we have met over the years who are also liberty regulars. They dealt with the Covid restrictions really well making us all feel very safe. Temperature taken each time we entered the hotel. Hand sanitizer everywhere. The spa & hairdressers there also still just as amazing. The staff really make this hotel so friendly & nothing is too much trouble. The rooms & hotel cleaned to such high standards. Breakfast still amazing. The a la carte restaurant out the front is so lovely the food is so good & such a good price. I really can’t fault it. Looking forward to seeing you all again in May next year. Thank you all for another great holiday.
We have just returned home from our 9th holiday at this amazing hotel!! The staff are amazing and work tirelessly day and night. They always go above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble. We felt very safe here in the current circumstances - We were met at the front gate on arrival and our bags were taken and sanitised and our temperature was taken every time we entered the hotel. The reception team did a fantastic job and check in was very quick. Savgi did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean. The food was excellent, there was always plenty of choice and it was nice to get to know the chefs as they were serving you. Burek and his team in the a la carte restaurant were a joy to spend the evening with! Gurcan, David, Sertac and all the staff in the pool bar were always welcoming and ready for a chat. I honestly can't say anything negative about this hotel or praise the fabulous staff enough - they're doing a brilliant job in very uncertain times. Keep up the excellent work Liberty, we'll definitely be back next year.…
