The PineHill Hotel & Suites is highly regarded for its comfortable and clean rooms, though a few visitors have remarked on signs of wear and cramped spaces. With its welcoming atmosphere and modern conveniences, guests consistently applaud the hotel's well-kept facilities and snug beds. Cleanliness is a major strength, with a special nod to the spotless common areas; however, some guests suggest the pool requires more attention. Service at the hotel is generally praised for being attentive, yet breakfast organization and food service sometimes experience delays. While the hotel's location is celebrated for its proximity to the main strip and easy access to attractions, the value is debated; the cost for premium amenities like the superior pool area is seen as reasonable by many, but others feel pressured to incur additional expenses. Amenities, particularly around the pool, are popular, though there are comments about the need for better maintenance and sufficient towels.

Like many people our original holiday was cancelled and so we rebooked for Pine Hills as this was the closest price match. What a decision that was!

We had a standard room that was overlooking the mountain and was able to see the sun rising around 7.45am in the morning. Perfect to enjoy a cuppa and read a book.

Downsides to our stay included lack of storage space for clothes in standard room, maintenance issue with the shower and had to request extra towels for leaking, lunch could have been faster but this is not enough to put anyone off the quality of this hotel.

Staff are phenomenal, they would always be there for whatever you needed. A perfect balance of friendly and professional! Pool service was consistently good, I can honestly say that the atmosphere around the pool was the best we have ever experienced. If you're looking for a peaceful hotel then this will be a perfect choice.

On an evening it is very easy to get lost in a romantic meal for two, again the calming atmosphere accompanied by the attentive staff leaves you feeling spoiled. Quality of food is homesome yet delicious, we were never disappointed.

We were there for 2 weeks in total and only managed 3 evening meals at the hotel due to the amount of choice in the area. But would recommend at least one evening within your stay as you will be missing out if not.

Not usually creatures of habit but we have rebooked for next year as our experience this time has been something to be missed.

Thank you to Kadir, Baz, Ali, Apoo, Mehmet and the rest of the boys for delivering exceptional service. See you next year, lots of love xxx

What can I say about this stunning hotel other than how incredible our stay was! The room was very nice, the beds were comfy, there was a small fridge also which was useful, the air con and the safe was included in the price which was fantastic! The hotel has two pools, one main one and the other one which you would need to pay £25 per person to book, you could eat and drink there all day and it would come off the money you had already paid. The food at the restaurant was so tasty, the portion sizes were massive! The steaks on our last meal - omg we have never seen so much food! I must say the prices are very reasonable so you definitely won't be disappointed if you ate here (just maybe not eat for a while beforehand) There is a lovely atmosphere round the chill bar so well worth it to book a bed. The main pool is of a decent size with comfortable sun loungers (which there are plenty) and the staff take your name at the start and you can settle your bill if and when you choose to, it is very efficient!
Oludeniz is a bustling town, with lots of bars and restaurants all within walking distance and reasonably priced both for drinks and food. The beach is a short taxi drive away (about £3.50 each way) and the views are stunning when you are there so definitely well worth a visit!
Finally we have to mention a few of the staff that made our stay so fantastic. There is nothing these guys won't do for you! We have stayed in many places but the hospitality here is by far the best we have ever encountered! Firstly a big shout out to Ridvan at the Reef, so welcoming, so friendly and a generally top man! We enjoyed chatting to him while we were having a drink and his service was excellent! Secondly to Baz, another top top man! Even with a mask on you could still see how happy he was to see us and serve us drinks all day, we appreciated everything he did for us and the warmth he showed to us both. In closing this message couldn't be sent without speaking about Ali. This man is one of the nicest people we have ever met! From day one he was on the ball, chatting to us, making us feel welcome and his work rate was simply unbelievable! Always friendly, always chatting to everyone, putting a smile on their faces - it was a joy to watch him work! Our last night eating at the restaurant, Ali took his hospitality to another level, looked after us, even made a rose for my partner out of a tissue! This man is destined for great things that's for sure of which we have no doubt. We had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful hotel but made so much more special due to people like Ali, we came as a guest and left as friends! Keep the work up guys you are smashing it!!

Stayed last year. Cannot fault it. Stayed in the Hilton Kemer on the way back to Antalya airport and actually thought Pine Hills was better! Food amazing value and really good. Ate there all the time apart from a visit to my two other favourite restaurants. And if you fancy bringing some seafood back from the fish market and cooking it yourself your room has all you need to do that. Oh and a big fridge to store your gin in for a late night balcony tipple. The quiet pool is well worth the money which you can spend on your lunch or a cocktail or two or-you guessed it- some more gin! The spa is absolutely beautiful and has some lovely Balinese staff offering wonderful treatments. I cannot wait to be back there in September and hope to have another really interesting chat with Sonny’s mum who started it all from guest rooms in her house. Amazing lady!

After reading the views on this hotel thought u was booking fantastic resort . We visit this area at least once a year but thought we would have a change and pay extra for an extra treat . We arrived about 3pm was shown to our room straight away was no happy , the room to say the least was nothing like the photos . We was located around the back of the hotel next door to the laundry where the clothes dryers was on through the night which kept us awake the room itself the curtains had holes in the fridge I would or put anything in as it was rusty limited plugs the Balcony was overgrown as the stairs to the rooms , the bathroom the you couldn’t was so small and the shower door fell off every time went in we did ask to move rooms but was told no rooms available was not going to proceed with this review but today 2/1/20 I am looking at holiday and can not believe how much this place is this year so unless it has has a total revamp don’t room it

Just returned after 10 day break. Lovely room- upgraded on arrival and thoroughly cleaned and replenished with fresh bottles of water and tea and coffee daily.
Unfortunately many of the facilities were not available as hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was biggest letdown- offered cold Turkish platter every day. English style breakfast became available after a while but at a supplement- consequently we ate out most days. Bars and restaurant facilities were not available but waiters worked hard and ran to Reef bar for drinks orders.
Chill bar would have been better without the construction work going on next up it and if the jacuzzi was working. Hotel charges £25 to use the pool (under normal circumstances) which you use against food and drinks orders so is pretty good value for money overall and you are well looked after.
A beautiful hotel with lovely staff trying to do their best under difficult circumstances.
Resort itself is amazing though so if you're looking for a nice clean hotel with good pools in a great location, this is a great option.
Thank you to Baz and Umit for their brilliant service and for making us feel so welcome.

Myself and my son stayed here last year.
I booked direct with the hotel great communication.
Our first time in Turkey.Fabulous B&B excellent service, room nice, cosy and clean.
Food was excellent The cocktails were fabulous the service was brilliant the staff could not do enough for us made us so welcome.Great location right at the bottom of the strip no noise at night very quite considering it was so close to the strip.
I had some treatment on my frozen shoulder and had it strapped up.The bar man saw me coming bumping my suitcase down the stairs, he put his stuff down and ran up the stairs & took mine and my sons suitcase down the stairs and round to reception I was so grateful to him.The owner was at reception and asked if we enjoyed our stay and thanked us for our custom. We are definitely going back 10 out of 10 😊

Visited October 2022.
Booked a 2 bedroom suite as this was the only room left (apparently) but the room wasn’t available and we were given a tiny room overlooking the swim-up pool and there were several others who had the same experience. We did get the suite the next day and to be fair it was very nice and we were also allowed £30 credit for a meal. However the hotel was generally disappointing. The pool bar was closed down and the sunbeds were in need of new mattresses. The main complaint however was the cleaner who didn’t come until late afternoon and when she did come it was a quick sweep of the floor and fresh towels. Not once were the beds made. Also, there was a lot of black mould around the shower so we had to buy a bottle of bleach to remove it. All in all it was poor value for money and we wouldn’t go back. We were recommended this hotel by the travel agent who had stayed there in the past but judging by the reviews on here it has obviously deteriorated in the last year or two. The manager didn’t seem interested in complaints but the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

After reading some of the previous reviews, I must admit I was worried about our 1st visit to Turkey and this particular hotel. However this was unfounded.

The reason I only gave 4 and not 5 stars (and get the negatives out of the way 1st) was the fact that our room wasn't cleaned for the 1st 3 days, on day 4 at 5.50pm I found the maid in the corridor and asked her to come and clean. After this it was done each day, although some days very late in the day! The other negative was the horrible smell in the room mainly 1st thing. We were in the block by the chill pool and there was a stagnant water smell. We went and bought an air freshener which sorted it for us.

Positives now. The people who worked there, especially Baz and Sef. Just brilliant, knew everyone's names and nothing was too much for them. As people who aren't normally pool fans, and prefer the beach, we felt really comfortable and the staff made it. There were also lovely people staying there when we were there who also helped make it. The afternoon 'cake shops' were a delight 😊 and a lovely touch.

We ate in the restaurant 2 evenings, the portions are HUGE! I preordered the fish baked in rock salt both times, husband the desti kebabs. Amazing food.

The shower in our room was probably one of the better ones we have had (we were upgraded to a deluxe (?) room on arrival so that may have helped), daughter had standard room and that wasn't so good!

The location of the hotel was great too, just on the edge of the neon lights and many shops and bars of the resort, perfect for us.

Would we return? Yes i think we will!

PineHill Hotel and Suites Hisaronu 29/08/2020 to 05/09/2020, booked through Jet2 we were 2 couples looking for a good quality place with good food, surroundings and pleasant, competant staff and we found all those things here in abundance. Lovely gardens, well kept and cleaned footpaths every day made walking around the grounds between our rooms, bars, and restaurants really pleasant. Our rooms were standard doubles not masive but acceptable and clean with bed making available every day. These rooms are too be refurbished when this session ends. The most impressive aspect is the staff of which there are plenty in attendance. The Turkish staff are naturally outgoing and friendly but in a respectful way which is really pleasing. They can't do enough for you and are on hand whenever needed. They are working at breakfast, around the pools and in the restaurant in the evening. The guys that keep it running so smoothly are Kadir, Ali and Buzz, very freindly and eager to please. The vibe, while we were there was a good mix of all ages and of singles, couples and families. There was a day when one newly arrived individual gave an appalling aggressive, drunken, loud, display around the pool. This was swiftly dealt with by the staff, with the man being escorted from the premeses. We had breakfast every day, loveley snacks around the pool and we ate out in the evening, finding some very good places, but our best evening meal was in the hotel restaurant, they excelled. All together a really good experience.

We visited The Pine Hill for what was about our eighth visit. Over the past 2-3 years, the hotel has gone downhill and reading reviews before we went, we were extremely apprehensive. Luckily things were not as bad as we had feared. Thanks to Baz and his team, we still had a great holiday.

The hotel is situated perfectly, 2 mins from main strip yet on a quiet side road. Sadly since Sonny the manager has not been involved anymore, the hotel really has lowered its standards. Extremely short staffed now, for instance, just 2 cleaners to do the whole hotel and pool loungers. It's terrible how they are treated and they really do try their best. Food is still great from the restaurant but you have to wait up to 2 hours from ordering. In the meantime hear the owner screaming like a banshee to her staff. Not ideal when on holiday but she doesn't care how she sounds or what people think. We were even rudely awoken one morning to what sounded like a fight with glasses smashing. I ran out of the room thinking it was guests and somebody needed help but soon saw it was the owner again throwing things at her son! Rumour has it she is retiring and Sonny is returning to manage and we are hoping it is before the start of next season so the hotel does not decline further.

Saying that, we still had a good holiday and will give it one more chance. We are hoping general maintenance needed will be carried out and the rooms brought back to the standard they once were. It seems they have spent money on filling in a small kids pool (that was used by adults to cool off in) to cram in more loungers and a couple of dining tables. A waste of money in our opinion. Plus many dining tables have been removed from the bar area so if you want lunch in the shade it's much more difficult, making guests go elsewhere outside of the hotel to eat. We did not spend time around the chill pool this year as they again have crammed more beds in and turned up the music making it less chill.

Really it's just poor management here now but as said, if things change as we have heard they will, it will become the great hotel it always has been.

Baz you are fabulous, we return for you. Thank you for looking after us so well along with Seph and the rest of the guys, despite working so hard with no time off, you always smiled and greeted us and made our days fun.

See you all again next year for what we hope really won't be our last visit.
