1st time to Turkey and loved this hotel, great location. Spent 4 days round the Chill Pool & Bar, the Bar team were very pleasant and enjoyed the best cocktails and made to feel welcome. Enjoyed The freshly cooked breakfast option. Location is perfect for shops, food and nightlife.
Like many people our original holiday was cancelled and so we rebooked for Pine Hills as this was the closest price match. What a decision that was! We had a standard room that was overlooking the mountain and was able to see the sun rising around 7.45am in the morning. Perfect to enjoy a cuppa and read a book. Downsides to our stay included lack of storage space for clothes in standard room, maintenance issue with the shower and had to request extra towels for leaking, lunch could have been faster but this is not enough to put anyone off the quality of this hotel. Staff are phenomenal, they would always be there for whatever you needed. A perfect balance of friendly and professional! Pool service was consistently good, I can honestly say that the atmosphere around the pool was the best we have ever experienced. If you're looking for a peaceful hotel then this will be a perfect choice. On an evening it is very easy to get lost in a romantic meal for two, again the calming atmosphere accompanied by the attentive staff leaves you feeling spoiled. Quality of food is homesome yet delicious, we were never disappointed. We were there for 2 weeks in total and only managed 3 evening meals at the hotel due to the amount of choice in the area. But would recommend at least one evening within your stay as you will be missing out if not. Not usually creatures of habit but we have rebooked for next year as our experience this time has been something to be missed. Thank you to Kadir, Baz, Ali, Apoo, Mehmet and the rest of the boys for delivering exceptional service. See you next year, lots of love xxx…
Just got back from a week at Pine hill, this was my second visit and i must say standards had dropped. Best part was the Chill pool and the service we had from Billy and his team, nothing was too much for them. The staff at breakfast were also very friendly but the selection of food was not great, The reception ( your first impression ) was terrible, we arrived late at night and was not given any info, what time breakfast was, wifi password, how to work the safe nothing. Other times we visited it seamed like we was nit welcome as they never even left the office desk at the rear to greet us, such a shame the standards have dropped !
We have been to Hisaronu a few times before however have not stayed at this hotel before. I will definitely stay again though! the hotel itself is in a great location, really close to lots of great bars and restaurants but not too close that you got a lot of noise. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were at the end of the corridor so no issue with noise from people walking past or being noisy at night. The pool was lovely and we didn't have an issue betting a sunbed although in common with a lot of other places, most beds had towels on them by about 8:30am only for the towel owners not to be seen for hours. Breakfast at the hotel was very nice, with fresh omelettes, poached/fried/scrambled eggs cooked to order. Food in the pool bar was also good and reasonably prices. We didn't try the restaurant. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially the ones in the bar (or perhaps that is because I spent a lot of time there and saw them the most!) Overall i really enjoyed my holiday, didn't want to leave and will certainly come back and stay here again.…
Had a great time here!!!! Was expecting bad things after reading reviews !! Couldn’t fault the place food was lovely staff were brilliant especially baz an baris , rooms were spotless no complaints from us, bar an food prices very good as well. Will be back again
We’ve just returned from our stay at Pinehill. We last stayed there in 2019. Firstly, the hotel is in a great location close to the strip and with easy access to numerous lovely bars, restaurants and shops. The reason we’ve always returned to Pinehill in the past is because we loved the fantastic customer service, the friendliness of the team and the wonderful chill pool. This time however there is definitely something lacking. I completely understand that it’s been a tough couple of years for everyone and that the hotel has recruited new staff members but we honestly struggled to communicate with most of them. Baz at the restaurant is still there and brilliantly hardworking. He always smiles and says hello but he was the only one that spoke to us. Baris on the pool bar is a huge credit to the hotel. So friendly and helpful, remembering our names and always stopped for a chat and a giggle. The drinks and food are very reasonably priced but the breakfast was disappointing with no clean cups, glasses or plates on more than one occasion. We paid a deposit to use the chill pool for 4 days but only ended up using it twice. To be honest it was anything g but chilled. Too many people, loud music and the food now comes from the Pinehill restaurant rather than Reef bar. We waited ages for our lunch and when it arrived it wasn’t great. One of our party got a salad which was slimy and inedible. Another group waited 3 hours for food which is just not good enough. Billy and his team at the chill pool bar were trying their best but lots of meals were being sent back. It’s such a shame because this was always the highlight of our stay at Pinehill but it’s lost it’s way and the place just doesn’t feel the same. Our room was cleaned everyday, the shower was great but storage was lacking. I’m sad to say that I don’t think I’ll return to Pinehill. There are many other options in the area. I really hope the team settle down and manage to bring this hotel back to the fantastic place it once was.…
I am a first time visitor to this very central hotel. It is close to everything that is happening in Hisaronu but you don’t get the noise of the strip at all. The room we had was a double deluxe which was two flights up a spiral marble staircase so not for the unfit or the fainthearted! Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. No storage just a wardrobe no drawers so lived out of the suitcase. On a plus the shower is amazing. Chill pool is not worth the money you pay. The guys are nice and attentive but the music can be loud and they allow children in so not as relaxing as it should be. Food ordered from the pine hill restaurant is shocking and inedible. Breakfast is basic. They run out of glasses and cups regularly so end up drinking juice out of a mug. The reception team can not speak English and there is no communication as to wi fi and time for meals or even what time we was to check out. The only bright spot in the place is Baris in the pool bar. He is fantastic and knows his stuff. It is a shame as from what I can see the hotel isn’t up to its normal standard as it has in the past been given five star reviews.…
We have stayed at Pine Hill a few times before so we know what to expect. It has high standards and that’s one of the reasons why we like it. But unfortunately something at the hotel has changed and not for the better. The hotel needs a little face lift. The sun beds, parasols and cushions need replacing, some of the rooms need repainting and a little repair. Baz and Sefa are amazing, but they are the main ones working like crazy. They need more people helping them to this level. The food and drinks were a long wait. We had a really long hair in the pizza from the pine hill restaurant. This place is amazing but standards have really dropped. To stay a certain rating, you need to maintain the upkeep and standards. This is not happening here.
Have stayed and eaten here many times but sadly things have changed. Trip advisor need to reevaluate the star rating. All is not good as it once was. Obvious signs of lack of attention and management change.
Just returned from this hotel and have noticed that it’s not as good as it used to be. While all the staff there work very hard to make your stay enjoyable some things are out of their control. The room I had in block 7 is tired looking- the door frame came away from the wall and was never fixed(son in law sorted it) and my safe wouldn’t work for 3 days. No complaints on the housekeeping service yet it felt as though something is lacking in the usual standards. We booked the chill pool as a family of 7 as some of them had never done it or eaten from the Reef Bar menu. We were informed that we had to order from the restaurant menu which was disappointing. Once I had pointed out it usually was the Reef menu I was told that it was ok to order from there. To cut a long story short the orders got messed up we had 3 pizzas delivered by mistake and waited ages for food from the hotel kitchen. I did know that one of the chefs was absent -we waited an hour for food for it all then to arrive incorrectly and not to the usual high standard. Billy at the chill pool did his very best to make it all good and we ending up laughing about it. Baz Sefa and the team are lovely it just seems that something needs to improve at the hotel for it to keep its ratings. Sad to see all this as it just needs the TLC that used to be given to the hotel. Not the usual choice of breakfast either a few things missing -that been said enough for us to choose from I guess. Sunbed covers although changed while I was there need to be replaced by new ones as they are tired looking. I didn’t not enjoy my stay here this time just noticed that things need a facelift.…
