In terms of location the hotel is great but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to stay here or stay here again myself due to the poor facilities.
So this hotel is probably one of the cheapest but best value for money all inclusive hotels in the area
5 minute walk from the beach
I’ve read some bad reviews on here but it seems very much improved from last year
The transfer from Dalaman airport got us to the hotel around 1am where we were met by the lovely reception and the doorman who doesn’t speak much English but is such a nice guy!
We were show to our family room which has main bedroom and small side room for the kids with a small balcony
The rooms are basic with one air con unit but clean and functional and beds made each day
To pool is a decent size and well maintained.
Food is Turkish usually 2-3 hot items and all of the salads and sides you could eat plus evening bbq and deserts
The staff are very friendly and attentive always happy to chat…
The manager is lovely
Bar drinks in AI package are Efes, Vodka, Raki, Pepsi Lemonade, Cherry and orange no diet drinks.
cocktails with the usual brands are available and very well priced
Never had had an issue with mixer quantities as last poster stated but then we always make a point to chat with the staff and leave a well deserved Tip
Checkout is at 11 where all services and WiFi stop - we paid for a late checkout which is a bit pricy at £50 but week worth it
Massive thanks to the lovely chap on reception who let me use his phone hotspot to access the internet
As I said……. Really friendly hotel
Now for the bad points.... The room I had booked and paid for an upgrade was the worst room I have ever stayed in. Bathroom was filthy, yellow Toilet seat, cracked tiles, flooded floor around Toilet, no cover on the flush, I couldn't even find it on the first day. Maid service was hit and miss only had clean towels twice in the 10 days we stayed there,so when they questioned a tip they were told to go forth!! The food was sometimes edible but couldn't eat most of it so ate out alot at some gorgeous places. The staff were ok but some were really miserable and I did find communication a little hard at times so just smiled and waved.
Would I stay here again? Erm in a word, NO CHANCE! Go back to oludeniz, absolutely!
This hotel really needs to listen to it's guests and give it a serious makeover and it would be a wonderful place and they could charge more. It just needs some tlc by someone who knows what they are doing.
We were all inclusive and it was that bad we ended up eating and drinking out every night.
The hotel bar was terrible the only drinks you could get was red and white wine, efes beer, vodka and raki and soft drinks. Your screwed if you don't like any of that.
We went for breakfast one morning and we ended up walking out I don't think the sausage have ever been sausage in its life.
The rooms were clean but very dated and the wardrobes in the room didn't smell very good it made all our clothes smell dirty.
We did have the cleaners come in and make the beds but they didn't leave many towels as you needed one on the floor when you came out the shower as it was like a skating rink. The pool area was lovely though when you could get a sun lounger that is.
We paid for late check out £40 as we weren't getting collected till 6pm on the day of departure to be told that yes we could have check out but we could only get drinks till 12 midday and then the reception cut out bands off!
The WiFi is absolutely shocking it was hit and miss to weather it would work and we were told that once we went into the room it would cut off. I've never stayed anywhere you couldn't get WiFi in your room.
The hotel says that there is entertainment I'm still waiting for that to arrive as there was nothing in sight.
The hotel is in a lovely location and could be made really nice with some improvements. But I wouldn't recommend staying here untill these are done
We arrived late at night around 1 am. The friendly receptionist (Halit) booked us in and took care of everything.
I had requested that we would not be allocated basement rooms because I had read bad reviews about those rooms.
As we needed 3 rooms, we did get one basement room which my son took. This was in Block B at the back of the hotel. We had 2 more rooms at the front of the hotel. Both with a balcony. The basement room turned out to be very good. It had an upgraded bathroom and was very clean and comfortable and absolutely did not smell mouldy or damp!
My room didn't have an upgraded bathroom yet so was a bit old and tatty but it was fine. Would be nice to have an upgrade sometime.
The 3rd room. Did have a nice new bathroom.
The pool is gorgeous and very clean. As it closed nightly at 7 pm to get cleaned.
We didn't use the pool much though (only once) as we preferred going to the beach which is just a 5 min walk from there, Oludeniz beach, beautiful turquoise amazing.
And we did some other activities (don't buy tours online as there are many tour operators near the hotel on the way to the beach and you can barter a bit with them. I recommend Tigersson Travel.
It's an all inclusive hotel so you can eat all your meals there. Outside the restaurant there is a grill and in the mornings you can collect freshly cooked pancakes from there (American style) or an omelette cooked to your taste.
Inside there are boiled eggs, fresh white and brown Baquette type slices. Sausages beans sliced meats fruits etc.
Lunch and dinner also gives a wide variety of options. We all enjoyed the food a lot. I expected to go out for a meal just to have a change but we actually never did we liked it there too much :-)
All the staff (the waiters, the bar staff, the receptionist are all very friendly, special thanks for Halit who really helped a lot with my WiFi. Something which is the only frustrating thing about the hotel although it's also been good not to be glued to the phone.
"This is a very quiet hotel. No entertainment and Turkish food. Lovely for a relaxing holiday x"Read full review
