In a pleasant neighbourhood about 10 minutes walk from Bulnes subte station, and also about 10-15 minutes from the restaurant and bar heavy area of Palermo. The studio-style flats themselves seem to be very nice, and all in good condition. They are well stocked with crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, and also come with washing up equipment. The beds...

I recently stayed in BA for 5 days and had the following experience with Bulnes Quality Studio: Room: A large comfortable style studio that felt more like a apartment then a hotel room. It included a mini-kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, burners and all the accessories. The bed was nice and firm, and the dining table complete with four chairs...

Although the hotel-it is not exactly an hotel, more temporary rental- is a little bit far of everything, the neighbourhood is pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. There is everything you need in a - very clean and organized- mini kitchen.Attention to details can be seen in the photos. Wifi works ok too. Just stayed for one night....

Bulnes Quality is a quite new and the price is very reasonable for what you get. It is very well-located in at the start of the Palermo area. It is seven streets from the underground on Sta Fe, where you will also find lots of shopping. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes just a few minutes walk. The room itself...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, the "manager" took time to fully orient us to our rooms, point out locations of interest on our map, and make sure everything was okay. Room was large and comfortable. Small fridge was nice for storing water, etc. Large Coto supermarket is only a few blocks away. We had three rooms total...

Bulnes Quality Studios don't seem like an hotel, it's more like apartments with a great structure. The hotel is brand new and beautiful. The rooms are amazing. Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

“I had the room opposite the entrance (and road) and it felt alot less noisey then my friend who stayed in the room facing the road. His view and balcony had more to see. I could have gone both ways but if you have a baby you may want to consider this.”
