It’s a renovated old hotel with many original features. In many ways it’s very quaint. I had a balcony but the door on the outside was not well maintained. The fixtures and fittings are a good standard but for some reason it took a long time for hot water to come out of the

After staying at hostels in Buenos Aires for 3 months, sharing rooms with sweaty back-packers, I thought I'd treat myself with a private room in a nice hotel for my last week there. Next to Holiday-in's and Hilton's this was one of the cheapest nice hotels I could find and I had

This a very cosy and pretty boutique little hotel in heart of Buenos Aires. There is a central courtyard with room spread around it. Great decor in keeping with the flavour of the city. Great, attentive staff, good food. Highly recommended

This Hotel seemed to characterise the very many varied charms of the city itself. The hotel staff were always very polite, friendly and helpful; the region, about 5 kms from the Plaza de Mayo, was memorable for both the wrong and right reasons - along the narrow one-way

I have been several times in Hotel Raco, and since I am here again, I want to tell you all that I had written before, but instead of "repeating", I will say the following: if you are coming to Buenos Aires, then THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. After you have read all my descriptions,

How much does it cost to take a metered taxi from Retiro to your hotel? Thanking you in advance.
I have been at the very nice Raco and I always ask for the superior king size bed room. They have a modern "Air conditioner/Heating" unit in a wall, near the ceiling. The machine is controlled by a small unit that looks like a TV Controller. It is totally silent and it keeps the room either very cool or hot. All is very new there. Enjoy your stay there. Sincerely, J.C. DE TATA, M.D.

Good evening, Thank you very much for your interest in Hotel Boutique Racó de Buenos Aires. We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up at Ezeiza Airport. In order to do so, we need your flight number, airline, and the arrival time at the airport. The cost of this service is USD 39 cash from Ezeiza International Airport (Ministro Pistarini). If you were to land in Aeroparque (Jorge Newbery Airport), the cost of the transfer would be of USD 25. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Natalia Gómez

Is there any difference between the rooms in this hotel? Which one should I request? Can a mini-fridge be requested?
Dear Brian, Thank you for your enquiry. All of our rooms are unique in their style and design, indeed, although they all share the same basic comodities. Each one of them can accommodate two guests and has queen, king or twin size beds, 32’’LCD TV, AC, and private bathrooms. We have different categories, where the main difference you will find is the size of the room itself. As regards the mini fridge, at the moment, the only one is in our Honeymoon Suite, which is a very romantic room, with a balcony and an original and vintage bathtub. If you have any further doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us via email. Thank you. Kindly, Hotel Boutique Racó de Buenos Aires
