We really enjoyed the Eurobuilding. It is well situated to take in many sights and attractions. We attended the Ballet and got there by walking, as well as the Tango. It is also across from the Bus lines which we took to see the Recolote Cementery area. The hotel is modern and is well kept. The rooms are large with... More

Nice Hotel. I used to stay a lot at the Eurobuilding in Caracas so know the chain quite well. This one is much smaller but nicely situated on the 9 de Julio avenue. The rooms are nice and comfortable, very clean and with good (not great a/c). Breakfast is good and free wifi fast enough for most purposes. Staff are... More

The room was absolutely amazing! A lot of space and specially a very high ceiling! Shower was excellent, lots of water, and bathtub as well. Super comfortable bed. Most important thing, it was extremely clean (and I'm very picky). Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. The fitness centre was small, but with some creativity a good work out was had. We only had the breakfast one day, and it was good. The service was great and the location was close to the subway. The room was cool and relaxing to come... More

We decided to stay at this hotel having arrived at our previously booked accommodation and realising it was too basic for us. This hotel was our saving grace. They offered us a really reasonable rate despite turning up without a reservation. The staff were extremely helpful especially Sebastian, Pablo and a female receptionist whose name I do not know. For me, visiting Buenos Aires was a last minute decision. I was initially going to do a homestay as part of a Spanish immersion course, but in the end I decided to stay in hotels because there weren't many homestay programs free. Staying in Montserrat

Neighbourhood Profile
Montserrat
As part of the historic quarter of Buenos Aires, Montserrat is defined by the historical events that took place there and the landmarks that have stood the test of time. The Plaza de Mayo is at the center of this connection to history: countless public demonstrations have passed through this square, going back to the May Revolution of 1810. Walking the streets of Montserrat allows us to imagine what Buenos Aires may have looked like in the past: the Cabildo takes us back to the late 16th century, while the Palacio Barolo and the traditional cafés carry us to the early 20th. Nowadays, the neighbourhood is inundated every day by office workers, buses, and taxis; still, the cobblestones, narrow sidewalks, and subway stations from the 1910s remind us that we are surrounded by history everywhere we look.
