The enthusiastic and fun welcome at the front desk began the buildup to the "wow" that I took from here. To begin, the staff were thorough and engaging with careful check in and explanation of hotel's facilities and amenities. Desk staff even made dinner recommendations for their restaurant and when to book for best service. Bags were carefully managed and... More

I do travel a lot, and stayed in many many different hotels but this one took my breath away - The room (superior) is exquisite, tastefully decorated with a modern feel, a window and tiny balcony that opens onto the courtyard and patio with its lush garden and a view of the city buildings. An urban oasis for sure, nestled... More

There are hotels and then there is hotel Fierro! Before we arrived we were in direct contact with the concierge team giving us expert tips and advising us on things to do and places to see. And also sorting the airport transfer (EZE is around 1hr away). On arrival they were even better, catering to our every need and making... More

My wife and I stayed in the terrace suite her on our honeymoon. The terrace suite was incredible with its personal Jacuzzi on the large terrace overlooking the garden. The area, Palermo Hollywood, was very unique and safe. The entire Palermo area seemed very safe to walk at all hours. The hotel staff was incredible, and always went out of... More

This hotel was simply great!! Breakfast was stellar. We were taken back by everything you get to start your day off. Two things stand out for me: 1. They sent me an email when we checked in. It was a map of everything in the area by categories. It was great tool for reference to see the nearest ATM or... More

Fierro hotel is situated in the Palermo neighbourhood of Buenos Aires- approximately 40 minutes by taxi from the international airport. Clean, comfy beds, spacious rooms. Good location with access to sube (subway) just a short walk. Friendly and knowledgable staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Many bars & eateries within close walking proximity. Taxis are relatively cheap... More

If you are the sort of people that like boutique hotels then this is the place for you. If you like large, branded hotels then you should probably move on. It is a 28 room hotel and we stayed in one of the rooms with the large balcony (room 15) which I can highly recommend. Take the quality of the... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight from the UK and were able to leave our luggage, shower and change which was most welcome. They organised the airport pick up, which was very efficiently done and despite a slight hic-cup our onward transit was sorted by the desk for us. Rooms were... More

A lovely boutique hotel. They welcomed us although we arrived early and gave us an opportunity to shower after an overnight flight. They were so helpful in recommending places to visit and restaurants to visit. Their tapas was excellent and breakfast was delicious.

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
