Stayed at the hotel for two nights, and it was awful! First of all, the room was tiny, and bed sheets had stain on them. Secondly, Bathroom was extremely old and looked dirty, what's worse, the water looked like it was going to go over to the room when you shower. Third, breakfast is included, but only two tiny croissant...

This is a 2 stars hotel, dont expect anything fancy. You get what you pay. Good for a few nigths but not for long terms, The staff is very helpfull, the location is great, only 15 minutes walk to Plazita Serrano and 10 min walk to Bosques de Palermo. I recomend it.

I would recommend Koten hotel to anyone staying in Buenos Aeres. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are clean and bright. Good breakfast, fresh fruit salad everyday. Free wifi available in the rooms. The location is perfect, very close to all attractions.

This is a basic hotel but its location is great as it is near the liveliest parts of Palermo and feels safe to wander at night but unlike other parts of Palermo it's very near the subte underground station to access the other attractions of BsAs. It was also the most economical for us though not cheap by any measure....

Although the staff is super helpful and kind and the location itself excellent, the quality/price is really bad. If you are looking just for a place to sleep in a good location and don't mind poor quality and services, than you might give it a try. A special note to the bathroom which, in my room, was ensuite but came...

We booked this hotel last minute, basically because it was cheap and we just wanted a room for a few hours before our international flight home. Room was tiny (2 twins), form the middle of the room, I was no further than 5 feet from any of the four walls. No air conditioning, no phone (not sure I have ever...

Great location, easy access and great breakfast. Great value for money. Staff super friendly and customer oriented. Examples, we got our breakfast at 7am on date of departure even though breakfast is usually served from 7.30am. I lost a cell phone and some other property and anticipated trouble in making a report to the Police as I do not speak...

First of all, the location of the hotel is not bad.. The rooms aren't as good, but they're ok. The staff is terrible, they changed my reservation, they never called me, they just sent me an email which I couldn't even reply to. I went there personally to make a reservation for 10 days, they told me that the price...

We stayed here for three nights while in BA. Not quite sure it deserves the boutique tag but is a lovely place nonetheless. Rooms are clean and the showers excellent. One room we stayed in had a TV, the other two didn't. Beds are very comfortable. The best thing about the place for us was the staff who are super...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
