The good will of the three gentlemen that are responsible for taking care of the passengers is not enough to please them. I made a reservation on the hotel on Uriarte street which is usually quite. They walked me to the next building on Loyola street, which is disturbingly busy at all times. The noise even after midnight was unbearable. But the worst was the location of the air conditioning, esencial in Buenos Aires in February with 29 degrees C. It was in front of the bed, and there’s no way to regulate it or escape from it. So I didn’t sleep during all night, I still have a cold and will never get back to this apart. Apartments are big, decoration is not nice but you can live with it. Private parking and the shower are very good, but towels are really old. A shame, as the apartments are located in a fantastic zone.…

I was here for 5 nights while visiting relatives in Buenos Aires. There are 2 buildings and I stayed in a studio apartment on Calle Loyola. Most important, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen was small but I'm sure usable. There is a TV I did not watch, but the reception was not very good, so I'm glad I didn't care. Terrific shower. So I have no complaints. Everyone at the desk on Calle Uriarte was helpful whenever I needed help. Nicholas was especially helpful making initial contact with my cousins and with directions to wherever I needed to go. So, overall this was a successful stay for me.

Miliño hotel not only provided great accomodation at Buenos Aires, in very well located area of Palermo and with lots of nice places to shop and walk around but also gave us the best of the attention during our stay. The services and bedrooms at the hotel are just what you are looking for when you want to relax and enjoy some free days and their staff is always available to give you some extra help. I will definitely check in with them again for the next time.

We stayed in this hotel for a night before going to the airport after making our way to Buenos Aires from Mendoza. The staff was above and beyond nice. They were really amazing at helping us with any problems we had and were very accommodating. However, when my friend went to get in bed the sheets were dirty, and what I mean by dirty is there was a huge blood stain and a bunch of long and short black hairs. Also there was black mold all over the bathroom. So if you want great service this is the place for you, if you want a nice clean place to stay go somewhere else!

The apartments are spacious and very quiet. The staff is very friendly. Wifi also worked well in my apartment. Good value for your money. Palermo neigbourhood is really nice. Lot's of restaurants and shops.

The appartment is confy and clean and the shower is great (heat and water pressure are great.) The location is great, there is a bus stop to go to Plaza Italia, and plenty of transportation to get to the hotel from downtown. Beside the walk through Palermo Soho is great. What I love the most is that there are plenty of neighborhood restaurantes and bakeries Overall I love the receptionists, they are great and always willing to help with a smile, I recommend this Apart Hotel!…

I stayed with my friends over the weekend and we chose the place due to its price and fairly good location. (It's in a quiet area close to Plaza Serrano, the clothing outlets and cordoba av) We usually go to hostels or hotels but we thought maybe renting a flat would be nice so we could order food and take advantage of the living room area. That never happened because the flat wasn't that great and we didn't want to stay in so much. The toilet was dirty, there were hairs everywhere stick on the mirror and in the shower. We also found loads of hair in the bedsheets but we were too tired to go and complain about it. Overall, i wouldn't go back. Whether it's cheap or not, it's doen't matter, you would still expect them to have the place clean and ready. Wifi signal was really weak as well. Anyway, the staff was pretty nice so sorry about the bad review!…

This is a cheap (but average) place to stay in BA. We got a good deal - $45 per night, so couldn't really expect much. The 1 bedroom apartment is very old and dated and the furniture is uncomfortable. There's no comfortable couch to sit on - it's a fold-up bed. The room has been smoked in and there's an ashtray inside the room with no signs inside the room saying you can't smoke. There is no kettle or toaster, so not really a self-catering kind of apartment. Towels were very old and ragged. I was told there are a newer set of apartments, but we were in the old.

Saludos cordiales,

- Pleasant, residential location. Quiet street, a few blocks walk from bars, restaurants and subte (metro) We booked a studio for 8 nights and found it great. The staff were helpful and attentive. They sorted an electric problem we had very quickly. Wifi wasn't overly strong but fine. As another review, our non smoking room had been smoked in and smelt stale. Cleaners daily cleaned the room, but never left any new soap or changed the sheets. Good self catered option in Palermo, near bars and restaurants. Would come back here again.

Super friendly staff. We got a last-minute deal on an apartment and for the money we were very satisfied. Good rooms with a large bathroom, good kitchen, separate bedroom, lot's of space, good bed and no noise from the neighbors (good walls). The wi-fi reception is poor and during the night the whole thing crashed and wasn't brought up until the staff reset their only wireless access-point in the morning. Also our room smelled of cigarette smoke (apparently the former resident was at fault), but the staff gave us a heads-up in advance and gave us an option to choose another room (though they said that the other room had even worse wi-fi). The place is a little ways off from everything, I'd say we had to walk almost a kilometer to get to either a metro stop or Palermo bars. There were a lot of discount clothing stores some blocks from the hotel, so that's kind of a plus.…
