I did not enjoy the stay at this hotel. We arrived at 1pm but room not ready until 3.40 pm , the receptionist was very rude. the air conditioner was not working and room hot and uncomfortable, given a different room and the toilet would not stop flushing and very noisy so rang reception to see if they could fix...

On arrival we had two hour wait before we were given a room. If we hadn't gone up to the counter we would still be sitting there as many other people arriving were pushy and given rooms before us. A smile would go a long way by the staff but they weren't forthcoming. The lady on front desk was rude...

This hotel was GORGEOUS, but for me I will never return, and I think it is important you know why. First of all, the staff is incredibly helpful and many spoke English. My friend and I are from the US and came to Buenos Aires on a girl's trip, speaking no Spanish. The hotel lobby is my favorite place, so...

The beautiful thing about the savoy for us was the huge rooms (although exec suite) and the high ceilings. When you've paid for a huge room with high ceilings though you expect a few other creature comforts. The shower was excellent. They were helpful about changing currency and the location was ok.The cost of the minibar (water $8 for 750ml...

This property has a good location, hotel is old but in good shape, restrooms are upgraded. However my had a slow drain that I asked to get repaired and I am still waiting for the guy to show up. The "Free" internet is horribly slow. Great breakfast with all the good known Argentinian goodies...Staff okay.

A nice hotel right in the Center of Buenos Aires. Impressive lobby and bar meet you as you enter. The rooms have been nicely updated and the corridors feature mood lighting and pictures / paintings of life in and around B.A. We held a meeting here and to be fair it was well run. There are a few concerns however:-...
