The Hilton is still one of the best places to stay in Buenos Aires, especially if you plan going aroung Puerto Madero and downtown. Its location in Puerto Madero and a few steps away from the Costanera Ecological Reserve deliver an interesting mix of nightlife convenience and early morning runs. This time I felt the weight of the years, especially...

We chose the Hilton for a variety of reasons and weren't disappointed at all. Being right in the heart of Puerto Madero, you have access to a lot of restaurants and bars. You are also just a short walk to Plaza de Mayo and the Casa Rosada. We had a day trip planned to Uruguay and the Buquebus terminal is...

This hotel is ideally located in Puerto Madero, very picturesque and close to many restaurants and eateries. Also within 15-20mins walking distance to Florida street and downtown. The hotel itself has beautiful interiors and gives you the feel of a grand entrance at the lobby. Rooms are spacious with a separate dressing area. We stayed in the rooms with access...

Nothing like a hotel with an magnificent foyer, it gives a sense of grandeur, this Is well achieved by the Hilton in Buenos Aires but when you add a comfortable bed with top notch pillows, silky bed sheets, great breakfast, excellent beverage selection and super customer service then you know you are staying in a great Hotel. We enjoyed our week-long stay in BA and the Hilton was one of the major reasons. Great location, wonderful rooms/amenities, and very helpful, professional staff. No disappointments here. Take advantage of the concierge's knowledge of the city's transportation and tours and restaurants. They know their stuff.

The Hilton Buenos Aires was my choice for a long overnight (~24 hours) between international flights with my family of four. While the room was not huge or the most up-to-date that I have seen, we found it very comfortable. We availed ourselves of room service as well, and were pleased with the quality. They also did an excellent job...

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
