A nice surprise after a bad experience in Buenos Aires. The hotel has seen better days, but still a pleasant place to stay. Friendly staff at the reception - warm welcome from Ana - spacious room, and good breakfast with fresh fruit and cooked dishes. Good location right in the heart of the city.

First time in this hotel and did not expect too much given the relatively low price . Clean, friendly , small but well done room even with a balcony. Individual well working air conditioning. Extremely good location. Price to value proposition is one of the best having been in various other three to four star hotels in the immediate vicinity.

We stayed here twice in quick succession, just before and after visiting El Calafate in southern Argentina. In general, this was a good deal for a very central hotel - on the first occasion our stay did not include breakfast and on the second, it did (no reason - just the availability of rooms/tariffs). As noted elsewhere, the breakfast is...

Reading mixed reviews, we were not sure what to expect. Arrived in the evening and met by the lovely Anna in reception. Our room on the 3rd floor at the end of the corridor was very quiet we couldn't hear any road noise or other guests. Large rooms, not modern, but comfortable. Excellent location, only a few minutes to the...

The hotel was choosen by our travel agency to spend tree nights in Buenos Aires during our tour in South America. The room carpet was not vacuumed at all after the previous customer. There were lots of spots on the carpet and on the chair. The textiles are worn out. None of us could handle the safetybox as there were...

The hotel definitely left several things to be desirable, but given the location, the price was a very good value. The rooms were certainly a little dated, but the bathroom was quite nice. Breakfast included pastries, eggs, sausages, and plenty of juices, which was nice. Wifi worked well on the first day, but not so great on the second. Nonetheless,...

I was dreading staying at this hotel, because of a good number of not so good reviews. I didn't have a choice because I was with a group. I had room 112 and maybe I was lucky. The carpet and curtains have seen better days, but I had a flat screen tv and most important, the bathroom was very clean,...

Stayed with a friend here for 2 nights in October. We're disappointed when we arrived to find our room smelled like cigarettes, the decor shabby/worn, and our so valued wifi access was virtually impossible to locate with cell phones and tablet. The front desk staff were indifferent about most of our inquiries and not particularly helpful in making suggestions about...

I stayed at this hotel with 4 students for five days in October. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit cold. There was hot water in the bathrooms though, so this helped on cold nights! The rooms could also do with a bit more lighting, especially overhead lighting. Although this hotel is located downtown, it is very quiet,...

First: there is no way this is a 4 star hotel...it should be considered a bad hostel. Customer service is bad, breakfast is bad (bakery is not fresh), carpet in the hallways is old and dirty, the rooms are dark and smelly, bathrooms are really old, towels are also very old not even look white anymore. WIFI is extremely bad!...
