We were really impressed with the staff at the hostel! They were friendly, helpful and could not have done more for us. They helped us book trips and we even extended our stay with them The hostel was really clean and had all we needed for the stay, with a fully equipped kitchen and living space. If we come back...

This was my first ever hostel stay in my life and it was by far the best. The workers were inviting, bedrooms clean and quiet, and the bathrooms quite updated as well. The provided breakfast was sufficient and the environment was comforting. I recommended it to everyone I saw along my travels, choose Lagares!

My friends and I stayed at Hostel Lagares for about 5 days and we had a great time there. The atmosphere is really cool and the staff is super friendly. They helped us book a few trips to the wineries and the mountains to see the Aconcagua. I totally recommend this place for it's super clean, it has very nice...

I can't say enough good things about this hostel. They organize great trips, recommended great restaurants and most importantly gave us great tips on vineyards and wine tours. Would definitely advise on booking this place ASAP.

While Mendoza wasn't my favorite destination in Argentina, it's a fine city for a day or two. Definitely get to the city park - it's fabulous. I've read some things that the surrounding area of this hostel isn't terribly safe, but I never felt unsafe walking around at night in groups. Plus, it's a bit of a walk to any...

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The community space is quite small (in a good way) which makes it super easy to meet other travellers and hang out (they have a tv + loads of movies). The breakfast was the BEST I've had during my 2 month stay in Argentina (scrambled eggs, homemade marmelade qué rico) and it's a...

This's truly the best experience you don't need to look any further, the owners are so helpful as well as the staff. You get honest and truthful recommendations for wineries and tours. Mendoza is amazing area and the wine is really great, but this hostel completed the experience and made it truly special. Thank you guys!!!!

This hostel is amazing. After bad experiences in 2 other hostels in mendoza,i was really relieved to find this place. Amazing friendly staff, clean place, good lighting, big bathrooms with hot water showers and i was very impressed with the breakfast (fruit, eggs, toast, cereal, tea and coffee). If you're looking for a comfortable place, stay here!

I stayed here a few months ago during a study abroad trip and had a great experience. The breakfast was good, and I met some awesome people during my few days there. The staff was accommodating and friendly, too. My only complaint was the guy underneath my snoring, but so goes the hostel-travel. Overall would highly recommend.
