The concierge staff at this hotel did us a huge kindness that we wanted to share. We were lost in Mendoza during the Harvest Festival parade. The weather was uncharacteristically cold and rainy and it was late at night. Our hotel was in Lujan de Coya, 30 minutes away. Because of…
The pictures were amazing but the reality horrible. The pool was small, everything smelled old, no place to plug anything and the attention wasn’t the best. The only good thing was the location because it was walk distance from most popular places.

hotel must , take into consideration some important things, first of all, we are in the middle of a cold nasty winter, should repair inmediatly, heat and hot water. In addition, shower in order to work, must wait, at least 10 minutes to have hot water.
"Make sure you dont get an internal room; the view is dark and really ugly"
"....IF you can't find nothing better...get it"
"Ask if there is a superior room. The standard room was very old and poorly maintained. Don't be misled by photos on the hotel website"
"You must ask for rooms not to the street or on the 6 - 8 floor, very noisy because of the traffic."
"Probsbly worth it to pay for the upgrade. I can't imagine you could ever turn around in a room smaller than what we had. Try for 5th floor or higher floor, they seem to have less sewage odor."
