We really enjoyed our stay here, our room was spacious and clean and came with a small kitchen. The breckfast was plentiful with a good selection of fruit, yogurt, pastries, cheese, cerial etc. and fresh coffee. It is in a great location within walking distance of all the central attractions. The staff are most helpful and friendly, espically the two...

Enjoy an entire suite with huge sun terrace/pool for 70 US dollars a night surrounded by incredible views of the snow capped Andes. All within walking distance of parks, night life, great food, and intriguing history. Just a short ride to wine country, mud baths, and therapeutic hot springs.

Please stay away from this hotel, is the worst expirience of my life. Durty, not well kept. The persons who cleans the room does a poor job and is always hurrying the passanger out of the room for her to "clean". The sauma and spa where always close, the so called pool is a durty tank (water was green). All...

It is not a good hotel. Rooms are very small, spartan, with very old deco and uncomfortable features. It is actually quite old and has not been refurbished. The bathroom resembles one from an old third world apartment. The TV in the master bedroom was about the size of a stamp. Breakfast was not up to it, the worst I've...

We were struggling to book a hotel in Mendoza on line. Not many options were available and all were quite expensive. We wanted something simple, central and at reasonable price. The Reina Victoria (booked via their own website) actually met our expectation and even more. Very centrally located property. 10 minutes to walk from the Bus station and very short...

I would say the rooms are at a decent standard. The bed and furnishings could use some updating. The small kitchen is a nice bonus. Breakfast is nice with baked breads and a good continental offering with a a lot of teas to choose from. It has big rooms and would be good for families. There is a day bed...

Would have difficulty staying here again. Noise from the streets a major problem. It was not the hotels fault. The building is old and no sound proofing windows which are a must here. The room we had the first night was huge, on the first floor, but the racket from buses, cars, motor bikes which screeched all through the night...

We booked our stay via Orbitz and got an amazing deal- about $100 USD per night for an Executive suite with a bedroom (with King size bed), a living room (with dining table), kitchen and bathroom. It was very clean and the service was impeccable. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great- walking distance from...

This is a good hotel with large apartments which include bedroom, small sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom and a spartan terrace. The communal areas are nice and breakfast good but with poor service. The rooftop pool is a bit of a joke. The reception staff were extremely helpful and booked trips etc for us. Free internet use. Location is ok but...

What a great surprise. Top notch all around. Rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located, has a nice breakfast, and a decent price. We loved it and would go back without hesitation.
