We (hubbie, teenage & adult sons) stayed at Los Troncos for two nights last week. Fantastic hotel, great design, clean, tasty breakfast and cooperative & interesting staff. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Both sides of the falls were marvelous, even with rain. The Devil's Throat was breathtaking.

We can't say enough about Los Troncos. We've just uploaded our vacation pics and all of our friends keep asking about Los Troncos. You won't find this kind of value or experience in the states (i.e. Hawaii) so look no further than Los Troncos. Sofi, the innkeeper, is a fabulous host who will go to all ends to ensure a...

Have decided to stay here after seeing all the positive reviews on tripadvisor. I’m really glad I did! This was my second trip to Iguazu and I was looking for a place in a nature setting whilst being close to the conveniences of the town of Puerto Iguazu. After getting in touch with them to make a last minute reservation,...

When i stayed in Puerto Iguazu I lived in this lovely place. I really felt extremly comfortable here. I had my own balcony and certainly my own bathroom. There is a double bed in the cabanas (upstairs) and a few single beds (downstairs), so it is a perfect accomodation for a couple with children or friends travelling together. I also...

of all the hotels I've been in this is the warmest of all. Sofie is unbelievable, so warm, caring and helpful, I didn't know such people existed. Also her brother is wonderful, he also makes delicious caipirinia! The hotel is beautifully set , well situated and so clean, breakfast delicious. I could go on everything was top.

Beautiful split level rooms each had a relaxing second floor balcony. Rooms are amazing and good value. Great little swimming pool with a cheeky complimentary Capirhina served at 7pm. Very relaxed and friendly but not overbearing. Sofia has good english and really helped us to get the most out of our stay. Los Troncos doesn't have a restaurant however we...

Very friendly staff that aren't pushy about what you can do at the Iguazu falls - they happily try to make your stay as pleasant as possible but keep their distance so you can relax in the truly awesome rooms - they are split level, with a beautiful terrace all to yourself overlooking the pool...room 1 terrace view is of...

As english-speaking travellers a long way from home and on our first stop in Argentina - Sofie and her team were a godsend! We were two couples travelling together so we shared a quad room - great value and services and it beats any 4-bed hostel room hands down (the included breakfasts were fruit-heavy and fabulous!)! Had an upstairs mezzanine...

from the moment i arrive and one of the owners, Sophie, personally greeted us, i was relaxed and comfortable at Los Troncos. Sophie took time to give directions and her thoughts on what would be possible to do/see over the next couple of days. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! fresh coffee, tasty fruit and delectible pastries served with little packets of...

Los Troncos is a new bed and breakfast hotel that feels more like an intimate resort with 10 well design rooms, pool adjacent to an outdoor dining area and warm, welcoming bar/restaurant/breakfast area. The rooms have two levels with the upper level with a double bed leading to an outdoor balcony. The lower level has three single beds, a small...
