Great location for trip to the Phoenix / Mesa area. Reasonably close to the airport. Attended an event in ballroom with a full hotel of guests and the restaurant and bar areas were able to keep up, including a friendly and courteous staff.

I stayed here for 4 days. The lady at the check in was rude. There were no luggage carts to be found & the front desk didn't seem to care. There is no valet or luggage handlers to assist you. It took forever to unload all our luggage, having to make numerous trips up & down.

Paid premium dollar for one night but the quality of room and amenities such as executive lounge for evening reception and breakfast was disappointing. The owner/management team need to re-evaluate their services and charges as compared to other Hilton properties in the nation.

south1246, Thank you for sharing your comments about your recent visit to our Hotel and for the positive comments with regards to our Guest Room condition and service given from our Front Office staff. I did want to address that the Hotel Health Code Procedures we have to follow. With the room in question (Meeting Rooms) being served by our staff and Restaurant, other food from outside sources is not allowed for many reasons. With that said Trent had to follow policy's and procedures that the Hilton Mesa Phoenix follows. In addition he did not want to leave a negative mark with you as he purchased your drink for your trouble. We certainly try our best to have all our guests leave happy. We look forward to having you back if you so choose to stay with us in the future. Thank you again for sharing. Greg Irwin Director of Rooms

What is the name of the golf course next door?
Lotta hang time on this answer........ sorry about that. It's used to be called Fiesta Lakes. I think the current name is Freedom Golf Course...... if it's still operating.
