Situated on a main street, few blocks away from all the live action: tourism on one side and resto/bar on the other. Ideal for travelers passing through or staying in Salta. Breakfast was included and offered a good spread. The key part to report is the great customer service: Luciana always offered to help and went beyond in terms of... More

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. One the one hand the place is beautiful: an old "casona" made into a boutique hotel, beautiful patio and very friendly (although somehow inexperienced) personnel. The locations is good - walking distance to the city centre, very close to the "peñas". Breakfast is provided, and is quite good. The prices are quite reasonable.... More

Wonderful place with a nice patio and great room. We had a room for three and were two. Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly folks. Breakfast was great and the place is very nicely located in walking distance from ATMs, main square and all sorts of restaurants and coffees next door. A great place to be when in Salta!

This is a perfect place to stay in Salta. It is close to all the museums and the main square. We had dinner every night at the Jovi which is just steps away. The hotel is quiet and has a lovely patio. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. Everything is well cared for. The perfect place for independent travellers.

When we arrived the staff was very friendly. As example we took the tren a las nubes for which we have to leave early and a special breakfast was prepared for us. The room is very clean and the bed is soft which made for a very comfortable good night rest.

Dark rooms. We had one off the courtyard. Old furnishings and everything had a bit of a dreary feel. Wasn't really the type of room you'd want to spend much time in. Location was good. Short walk to everywhere you'd want to go. We parked cheaply in a car park about a half block away. You can pay for it... More

The Posada de las Nubes is located a 5-10 min walk to the main citycenter which makes it easy to find a lot to park in front of it or overnight in a secured parking around the corner. The people in the Posada were very friendly, helpful and nice, the rooms clean and spacious (we were travelling as a family... More

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. We were in Room 4 just off the central courtyard. The room was very comfortable and the very high ceilings give a feeling of graciousness. The courtyard is lovely and homey with lots of potted plants and a water feature. We drank wine and played cards at the table there most days.... More

We stayed for 2 non consecutive nights in January and did a tour out to the salt flats in between. The first night, we were in one of the courtyard rooms, which was very comfortable. The second night, we were in one of the family rooms on the second floor, which was not as nice. The hotel could do with... More

Very happy with my 4 night stay here. Clean and safe with a comfortable bed. Restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful with arranging day trips for us. Maybe a 10 minute walk to main square(museums and cathedral). Artisanal markets nearby on Saturday and Sunday with nice selections at very reasonable prices (less expensive than the craft market on the other... More
