The room was very nice and clean with a comfy bed. Nicolas the attendant was very accommodating and the view is incredible! The breakfast was modest but better than others I had in this region. I enjoyed Hostel Patanuk so much I stayed in Bariloche an extra day!

Admittedly on the cheaper end of accommodation but compared to hostels of similar price elsewhere in the region this hostel was disappointing. The location was great and the lake beautiful of course! What let it down was the general tiredness of everything from beds, bathrooms, communal areas and kitchenware and slightly disinterested staff sleeping on the one and only sofa... More

This is NOT a hotel, so don't expect room service, a five-star restaurant or satellite TV. It is a hostel and as such does a highly recommended job. I stayed here in March and again in April of 2016 and thoroughly enjoyed being in a warm, friendly and welcoming environment. Rooms are clean, staff friendly and efficient, it does a... More

I rented the top lakefront suite of rooms at this hostel, which featured three beds in the main living room, a small couch, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom. The view is to die for: gorgeous! I wanted to stay in an area close to the downtown, because being out in the middle of nowhere was not appealing to me.... More

I think you cannot get a better view of the lake in another hostel in Bariloche since is the only one with direct access to the beach -downstairs-. Great location in town, just 4 blocks to the 'Centro Civico'. Welcomy staff, you can count on them if you need help or information! About the hostel, is always clean and comfortable;... More

The hostel is in a great location in walking distance to center of city, and only a short drive or bus ride to all attractions. A very bohemian vibe, but clean and friendly place to stay. Wonderful lakefront property, and wondering only why there's not a dock with some sailboats to rent.

The staff is helpful and friendly, with so wonderful tips for things to do in Bariloche. Our room had an amazing view to the lake. The downstairs bar can provide the needed entertainment :) The location is great, by the lake, but not far from city centre and, most important, on the route of bus 20, that takes you anywhere... Clean & comfortable bed, hot shower, nice people wi-fi and a bar downstairs. What else do you need? Noisy on a weekend night - but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Skews to a younger crowd, overall a very pleasant experience.

The service has been impecable, a view of the lake and a bar where you can always find a cold drink! They were always having events at the bar on Friday and we happened to stop in when there was a full moon party. Will see you guys again shortly, vamooo!

We were here for a few nights. The view from the dining room and the patio was gorgeous. Direct access to the beach. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The staff are very helpful and work very hard to keep the place clean (the actual cleanliness depends on the guests as well). Our room was clean but we felt... More
