The previous reviews on trip advisor painted a very accurate picture of the hotel: the view is spectacular from the restaurant but the rooms are dated and run down. The breakfast bar was below standard, with nothing healthy to eat, only cold, sugary cereal and white bread. The staff was friendly, providing a basic level of service.

This place is in need of some TLC, but it does have all the necessities. It also has friendly staff. The best thing about this place is the view. Simply stunning panoramic vistas. Worth the 10min walk into town.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city over a hill. Rooms offer nice views if especially located on 2nd floor. The lobby is very nice and cosy, however rooms are outdated and plumbşng is not workşng properly. The breakfast is not offering a lot. We stayed here at the beginning and end of a yacht trip.to Antarctica. The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and roomy, public lounges spacious and views superb across Ushuaia and the.Beagle Canal. There is good access to a running/walking track up to a lake above the town. The rooms were quiet at night and warm. The bathroom...

I was undecided whether to give this review 4 or 5 stars, but then I thought of the view from the restaurant - right out over Ushuaia and the Beagle Channel - and opted for the 5. A very nice, atmospheric hotel set high above the town, staff were friendly and efficient, breakfast and dinner excellent and great value for...

This hotel has the feeling of a 80s ski lodge at the end of the season. No atmosphere, no staff, no views, no courtesy bus to get into town, no toiletries only small bars of soap, no drinking glasses, no English speaking channels on the TV. Two bars with no staff to be seen in fact the only staff to...

This hotel is a bit away from city central, we usually opted to walk to town, good exercise. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was limited, no fruit offered, everything was cold, not eggs or potatoes. I ate dinner once, the soup was salty, dinner rolls hard, one fish dish was dry. Bedrooms were fine. Took a while to...

Located up from the downtown so it is quite an uphill walk. Room was comfortable but no wifi in the room. Good breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant and prices were fair but food not very good. Server was pleasant. Probably wouldn't stay again.
