Clean and comfortable hotel a little out of centre of Apia. Breakfast and restaurant generally is limited. Staff were all professional without being too official, were delightful to deal with and focused on being helpful. Laundry service did not include pressing.

Mum and enjoyed our stay here so much we extended our stay from 4nights- to 8 nights! It was definitely home away from home. Our room was cool, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was very enjoyable also enjoyed the eggs on request! We also had ordered dinner there a few times and was just lovely! We had chosen this hotel...

We were looking for a place to stay the night as were catching an early flight to Am Samoa, it was only about 10mins to Fagalii International Airport. We found this place which I haven't heard of before. Sensational landscaping, swimming pool, and air conditioned rooms were comfortable. Funny experience, church members came back from a (leo) or family service...

Talofa Sione, Faafetai for taking the time to give us some feedback. I will try improve the noise situation from other guests. Yes our staff can be shy at times, or forget that a smile and some courteous attention goes a long way. I'll pass it on to my staff. We hope you stay with us again. Mara

I booked and Paid for a, 2 bedroom apartment for my folks and brother $1600 aus, but, they got a room with a queen bed and single in the lounge instead. This is what they define as 2 bedrooms. WTH???????? They won't refund the difference!

Talofa To'valu, I have contacted you directly through private message on Friday 2nd October, and I also spoke to your brother regarding the issues you raised on the same day. Hopefully that clarifies any misconceptions about us giving you the incorrect room type. I assure you that is the room type that was booked by Xpedia under our contract arrangements....

Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Comfortable chairs outside rooms and a good communal seating area. Friendly staff and a restaurant providing breakfast, lunch or dinner if you don't want to leave to complex. The walk to the town is about 45 minutes, but there is a local bus or taxi service.

Very clean and friendly. Close to Apia Park where we were officiating for the Commonwealth Youth Games. Staff very helpful, even making sandwiches at midnight for us on arrival. Breakfast each day was fresh tropical fruits, cereal, toast and eggs cooked to order. Some mornings we had pancakes or chocolate rice. Would stay here again. Couldn't get the TV to...

Thanks for the feedback and I hope you come back! Your comments on tv is noted and will attend to it. Have had contractor fiddling with it to include signals from neighbouring American Samoa and making reception worse for local stations. We loved taking care of your team of officials, thanks for making our junior commonwealth games a success! Mara

Great accommodation, rooms clean, beds comfortable. Really close to athletics track as was there working as an official. TV reception does leave a bit to be desired but you don't go to Apia to watch TV

The location of this hotel could not have been better given we were there to officiate at the Commonwealth Youth Games. Apia Park (where the All Blacks played earlier this year) was only a 2 minute walk down the road (although it was then another 2 minutes from the road to the actual stadium :-) ). The staff were very...

Stayed here for just one night when we had a very early morning flight out of Samoa. Chose it really for the price. It's a fairly basic motel and for one night it suited us just fine but definitely not the place you'd stay for a holiday. It's a little out of central Apia (perhaps 30 minutes walk along the...
