No one was at front desk when we came in after 8 at night. Plus we left 2 items right away they said no, they were shoes and sun glasses I'm so disipointed I will never stay there again. Plus we ask for a non smoking room the and the second night the room stunk so bad I made him... More

This hotel is a very basic long stay type. The bed was old and very uncomfortable, along with the pillows and bedding. Close to the highway. Breakfast is the grab and go type ( muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee and hot chocolate).

We picked it for an overnight stay because of the advertised facilities (coffee maker, toaster etc. The room was large, big fridge, kitchenette. After check in we did finally work out (fine print) that you have to request things like the coffee maker and toaster. These were cheerfully provided and all was well. Breakfast was minimal but better than nothing.... More

This hotel targets extended stays (as says its name). You got a big fridge, a small kitchen and plenty of room to put your things. So it may fit the needs of many people but on the other side, it is about 15 miles from Phoenix. There is almost no service available there. You have to ask for anything you... More

Room is decent for the price. However, Customer Service is one of the worst that I have experienced. I have been helping out a friend pay weekly here while he is working on moving into his first home.. I go up to the front desk to ask for something and Mariah, whom is the manager starts speaking to me very... More

My family and I stopped in at 2:30 In the morning on our way home from California to New Mexico. We had been driving for hours and decided to stop because everyone was tired. I was the only one awake and expected a quick check in but for some reason it took a ridiculously long time. And I had to... More

Some reviewers complain about the service, but upfront you are told there's not much service to expect with cleaning and linens. You have to keep your own room clean. Some reviewers complain about the quality -- then they should go to a Hyatt and pay a lot more. If you want to save money, this hotel is worth considering. Like... More

After paying for a week in advance and staying three nights I was told I was on a do not rent list. No explanation given. I was asked to leave by a unfriendly, unreasonable, thoughtless tyrant lady at the front desk. When I refused to leave without a refund for the remainder of my stay the police were promptly called.... More

I must admit that, when allocated this hotel by Hotwire (secret deal)** I was very apprehensive. I had previously had a horrendous experience at another of this chain's properties and there are some pretty unfavourable reviews for this one. However, what a very nice surprise. The reception area is bright, clean and tidy and the welcome, from Jessica, was the... More

This place is filthy. Tons of signs instructing people there's "no smoking". I would have preferred smoke smell in my room rather than urine. Had to turn the A/C off and open the window hoping it would dissipate... no such luck. I wouldn't recommend to vagrants.

“DO NOT STAY HERE. There is no such thing as a good room. No pool, no gym, no kitchen utensils so you have to eat out anyway. No clean towels. Not even clean sheets. And the nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke, not just ours but other guests complained.”
