I picked out this hotel because they have a kitchenette in each room. I got excited by that thought as one of the most frustrating parts of a business trip is not being able to prepare your own meals. So I booked my stay of three weeks and arrived 2/6. Things got off to a positive note. The check-in process...

The staff was friendly and helpful. The young in evening was very welcoming. The gentleman in AM was very friendly. The neighborhood was safe. Rooms were clean and well stocked. We felt the a/c heater was quiet and effiencent.

Disgusting Place. I would not recommend. My boyfriend and I had to ask staff daily when housekeeping would be coming by for cleaning. Housekeeping was suppose to come by one day a week. But we found our housekeeper always delaying the days. It went from scheduled cleaning on Tuesdays to Thursdays.. and for a few weeks we didn't have cleaning...

Booked a 2 bed "Suite". Room was smaller than an average room, beds were full size and we had 3 quests, which we had to pay extra for the 3rd. Pillows were non existent. Had 2 on each bed and they were very thin. A deco pillow would have been better. Complementary Breakfast was mini muffins (in a pkg -...

I was told my card would guarantee my room. I reserved a king room. Called prior to 6pm that day, to let them know I was running late, and they said since I used a card, they still guarantee my king room. I got there, and they had one room left, a queen! It was late so I had no...

No one was at front desk when we came in after 8 at night. Plus we left 2 items right away they said no, they were shoes and sun glasses I'm so disipointed I will never stay there again. Plus we ask for a non smoking room the and the second night the room stunk so bad I made him...

This hotel is a very basic long stay type. The bed was old and very uncomfortable, along with the pillows and bedding. Close to the highway. Breakfast is the grab and go type ( muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee and hot chocolate).

We picked it for an overnight stay because of the advertised facilities (coffee maker, toaster etc. The room was large, big fridge, kitchenette. After check in we did finally work out (fine print) that you have to request things like the coffee maker and toaster. These were cheerfully provided and all was well. Breakfast was minimal but better than nothing....

This hotel targets extended stays (as says its name). You got a big fridge, a small kitchen and plenty of room to put your things. So it may fit the needs of many people but on the other side, it is about 15 miles from Phoenix. There is almost no service available there. You have to ask for anything you...

Room is decent for the price. However, Customer Service is one of the worst that I have experienced. I have been helping out a friend pay weekly here while he is working on moving into his first home.. I go up to the front desk to ask for something and Mariah, whom is the manager starts speaking to me very...

“DO NOT STAY HERE. There is no such thing as a good room. No pool, no gym, no kitchen utensils so you have to eat out anyway. No clean towels. Not even clean sheets. And the nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke, not just ours but other guests complained.”
