The only thing preventing this from five stars is the entertainment suite in the rooms has not yet been updated to include internet entertainment features like Netflix and pandora. The rooms, lobby, fitness center, rooftop patio and pool, and exterior are gorgeous. They did a fantastic job with their renovation. I highly recommend spending at least a night here the...

great front desk on check in. They stressed the lounge was great- but once I got there all the food was gone- and once it is out is done. Just a joke- would not recommend to anyone. Add in a little hostility from the staff it's really a horrible trip to the 19th floor.

We are so sorry for your experience in our lounge. We should always offer something even after the main food has been cleared away due to health code restrictions. In no way should any staff member be hostile at any time, please accept our apologies. Both issues will brought to the attention of senior management. We sincerely appreciate your letting...

I stayed in this hotel recently and found it to be very nice. Location was great. quick trip to airport. walking distance of Talking Stick arena. Meeting rooms are nice and food was good. The beds were extremely comfortable and easy to relax.

We recently stayed three nights at the Renaissance Phoenix, and it was a great experience. From the beautiful lighting fixture in the lobby to the free cocktail at 6:00 in the evening to breakfast in the morning - everything a hotel stay should be this one was. The staff were courteous and helpful, especially, Tim, the concierge. Although I had...

Travel to Phoenix often for business, but stayed at the Renaissance for the first time this week. Older hotel that recently completed a remodel of lobby but considerable construction on exterior still. Rooms are updated and very comfortable, however windows are very small and make rooms feel closed in compared to other hotels. Staff as a general comment is excellent...

Spacious room actually huge room with 2 queen beds and 2 couches WOW. Mini wet bar has a sunk & fridge with coffee and tea. Bathroom is dated but large. Shower could be a challenge if your tall, I'm 5'3" I had about 4 inch clearance to the shower head. Maybe ask for a room without a tub? Bed was...

Amazing stay in the heart of downtown Phoenix. The hotel has undergone a major upgrade and the rooms and public areas are beautiful. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, power outlets where you want them, black out drapery, etc. etc. The staff is unbelievable from walking in the door to special requests (Needed extra pillows brought to the room, they arrived...

Over the Veterans Day weekend I put on a Wounded Warrior Program Rock & Roll show & CD release party on at Alice Cooperstown Restaurant. I booked 12 rooms for the various musicians and Rock Stars that were performing. I booked the rooms online at a special rate but later found out they only gaurantee two rooms per booking at...

Stayed only 1 night for a business meeting. Interesting design but undergoing overhaul; not noisy though. Rooms about average for this class of hotel; nice but not memorable (but clean/comfortable). Check in and out very quick. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Access to some of the meeting rooms bit awkward (either walk outside or up an escalator then down 2...

Our stay at the Renaissance was top notch from beginning to end. I had used the Marriott app to check-in, so our room was ready and waiting when we arrived. The hotel lobby is very nicely furnished with lots of space to relax or catch up on business. Our room was on the concierge level and was outstanding in every...
