While in Phoenix, AZ for a family funeral, we stayed at the Embassy Suites on E. Thomas. Pleasant staff, nice accommodations, airport shuttle service, and centrally located for easy access to nearby amenities (restaurants, convenience store, gas station, and shopping center).

This hotel was as good as any I have ever stayed with...and as I traveled quite a bit before retiring, I know a bit about hotels. For the money the amenities you receive should always make you choose Embassy Suites. The size and wonderful condition of the suites are second to none, especially at this lovely property. I recommend this...

Hotel needs serious reconstruction and upgrade. I did not feel safe walking to my room at night. Not the typical Embassy suites that I am use to. Management please work on this as it will attract more customers.

Arrived at 11 pm. Property was not secure. Back gate left open to sketchy parking lot. Property is dimly lighted and unsafe. Room smelled strongly of chlorine. Furnishings were very cheap quality. Did not meet brand expectation except staff was nice when they allowed me to leave!

The hotel building is quite old. The bathroom is not good designed, not like in other Embassy Suites hotel we ever stayed. Location is quite good, seems to be quite safe too. The pool is in open area, it's too cold to swim at this time of season.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a living area, kitchenette and bedroom. The furniture is older. All rooms enter and exit toward the pool area, which can be noisy if you're working in your room. The HVAC system is controlled by the hotel, but they will bring you a space heater if you are cold. Overall it is a...

This was a great hotel near the airport, had a good price, and the room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy and free. The happy hour offering was nice. The cook to order breakfast was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a good choice if you're staying in the Phoenix area. It's not too far from the airport - and they do have a shuttle. I had a rental car and there was ample free parking. I can't complain about the size of the room/suite - could use a little updating, but it was ok.

Place is in a dumping location but the service is great the food was good. Rooms were clean and pool was heated and spa was hot. Breakfast was great but the staff behind the griddle was impatient and rude. But overall worth the price paid by all means
