The staff blew me away once again. Manager Nick Valenzuela is one of the kindest persons i have ever met, we visited PHX to see family and friends that reside there and this occasion fell on my sons birthday well my son couldn't help it and was telling everyone even the the staff at the Residence inn. Nick took it...

Spent the weekend in Phoenix visiting clients and chose this hotel based on proximity to my meetings. It turned out to be a great choice as the rooms are very clean and staff was very friendly. They provided great suggestions on places to eat & drink. Would definitely stay here again!

Well kept up facility with good room service. Close to the freeway so you will be hearing some traffic noise. Ask for a room away from freeway if you want to avoid some some of the noise. Decent breakfast. Can be hard to get to if you don't know Phoenix.

I travel to the Phoenix area for business every 5 weeks and I like it here because the convenience, access to the freeway and close to testaurants, movie theater and most importantly they take care of my needs. The rooms are spacious and always clean.. See you guys in a few weeks....

I recently stayed here for 3 nights, I must say i had a much better stay than expected. I arrived a little earlier than the anticipated 3pm check in time, but I was greeted right away by the front desk agent (vivian), She was very nice, politely informed me I was early but would check to see what she could...

My family and I stayed at this first generation Residence, and we had a lot of fun. My daughter stay in the pool most of the time. In the morning we encounter an awesome and fresh breakfast, and the best customer service ever. Super happy.

This was our team hotel for a tournament. The property has been recently renovated, so most rooms are in good repair. Unfortunately this hotel is located in an area where there are lots of transients. The property is NOT gated so it makes it easier for them to access tucked away places. If you are a woman, make sure you...

Clean room. They had a problem with their key machine, so staff had to let us in our room each time we left, but they were very helpful and cheerful about it. Nice morning breakfast and easy check in and out.

Stayed there for a business trip so we were out of town most of the day. We had one of the large two bedroom suites and it was very nice. There's a fitness room in the hotel right across the veranda. That was fine. Breakfast and the managers reception were nice touches. I would give it five stars except for...
