Managed to get a good discount rate via Hot.es when other vendors were selling this for much more. Kinda expected to get bumped to a rubbish room on check in but it was fine. The grounds are truly lovely as many other reviewers have remarked. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was very nice. The service was... More

My husband and I fell in LOVE with the Royal Palms Resort, and are so glad we chose to spend our vacation there. The resort is so picturesque, words cannot fully describe. There are fountains and mosaic tile work everywhere. Bougainvillea and Hibiscus climb the walls. The sun shines every day, and lights up Camelback Mountain, where the hotel sits... More

Did a spa day here with wife and daughter. Spa is amazing, wonderful amenities and great masseuses. Lunch included the best reuben this side of NYC. Property itself is old school mediterranean, lots of arches and mature foliage.

Service was just ok but not exceptional. Restaurant breakfast server was not very polished as he blamed the kitchen when our order was mixed up. Our room was always very dark and felt... More

Had an overall good expierence but we upgraded to the montevista terrace but it seemed to be the standard room in a different location. The bar was excellent, the drinks were very good and the staff were excellent.

Our stay that this resort started with friendly staff and a warm welcome. Once we reached our room, the visit went downhill fast. There was mildew in our shower, a ring around the tub, and paint chipping off the walls. Our room was upgraded as I am a platinum member. Apparently we are upgraded to a room directly across from... This is a little out of the way and probably less popular than other spas in Scottsdale etc but it's at the base of the Mountains and absolutely stunning. We spent the day at the spa and loved every minute of it. The amenities are top notch and the massage was one of the best I've ever had. Combined with... More
