Stayed here because host hotel for my business conference was full and this was a convenient downtown location. BUT... turns out the location, the service and cleanliness was terrible. Location is directly across street from a big night club with very loud bands playing nightly.

Wasn't sure about the hotel driving through the area. It's located in the downtown area and about 10-15 min from the airport which is why we booked the hotel. The pictures on the web site is a little deceiving but it was ok. The rooms are decorated in an industrial modern

Regarding The Bed Bug Issue, First Off I Think Sam Is Very Unprofessional Saying That I'm Trying To Blackmail For $300 And I Will Call Better Business Bureau For That Statement Because Blackmail Is A Felony, Second We Sent Pictures Of Our Bites And He Stated That He Was Going To Get The Rooms Inspected And I Haven't Heard From Him Regarding the Inspection Nor Received Any Information Regarding That Inspection, Third Yes I Want My Money Back For Those Rooms Unless You Show Prove That The Pictures I Sent You Of The Bites Wasn't Bed Bites, INSPECTION PROVE THAT THE ROOMS WAS INSPECTED AND NO BUGS WAS FOUNDED IN THOSE ROOMS, Fourth We Were At A Conference At The Sheraton And Sam Stated We Could Have Got Bite At The Sheraton, But My Boss Stayed At The Sheraton And Didn't Have No Bites, But Myself And My Coworker Both Had Bites, Sometimes Sam It's Best Not To Say Things Like Blackmail Because Now You Have Opened Up And Investigation On This Blackmail For $300 Use Better Judgement On Your Words And Better Customer Service, Mr Sam (Manager) Have A Nice Day

Dear, Celeste Thank you for inquiry with us. Sorry to say but we don't offer shuttle service anymore. Also, train running from the airport to downtown cost about $2. taxi cost $25. and uber cost you $10-13. If you have any questions let us know. Thank you.
