The absolute worst resort of all time. The showers are never warm. It has been around 39 degrees F outside and the water heater was broken the week I went there. Also, bugs everywhere! The showers look like they havent been cleaned in ages. Also the locks on the shower doors are fickle and sometimes dont lock and the mouth...

We have stayed here 5 times. We really like the camp grounds and the area. However this time we were not able to get the site we reserved. But this was the only time that happened. We like the location because it is close to both Scottsdale and Fountain Hills.

I have stayed at many RV parks across nation. This is one of my favorite! We stay here from 2-21 days twice a year! We like that it is 10 miles from Scottsdale/Phoenix but only 3 mi from Fountain Hills with its restaurants, grocery stores and dog park. Desert setting. Easy in and out off highway. No "pull throughs" but...

Friendly staff, spacious sites , 7-day trash pick up, good wifi reception, and firm dog lease rules. We are here oct 1st thru dec 31st. This is our third year. We highly recommend. They have certainly earned the Good Sam 10 rating.

This place is very nice. They love your pet and it's ok to bring them in the office with you but they ask you don't take them in the breakfast room right next door. I'm sure it's because of sanitary license which is fine and I so understand this. Not everyone in the world loves animals like I do and...

First, for the good news: I drove through here last year and the Internet was virtually non-reachable. Now, it works. And they still have those great well-spaced sites, especially on the back row with the walk for the dogs. Now for the cons: expensive; water in the pool still very cold, one (1) gents bathroom; what you see is not...

We have been here a week and enjoyed every day. RVs are nicely placed so you don't feel crowded, The pads are asphalt with rock between. The laundry is clean with big machines to speed up your chore time. Only 2 miles to Fountain hills with all the stores you need. A good choice if you want to be out...

Nice place, black top roads and pads with dry desert landscape, clubhouse is small. They advertise as a rally location but no kitchen and a tiny clubhouse that holds maybe 16 people. They must have lots of business because they don't return phone calls.
