We had a good overall experience here. Slight issue at check-in...we booked a king room through an outside agency and then were told we had a double room open for us. Then since it was our honeymoon we were "upgraded" to a king suite, which we originally booked. Idk if that falls on the hotel or the outside agency, but...

Very nice resort, something for everyone. Mountain view rooms first look at the parking lot, then a busy street with mtns in the distance so spring for a lake view or courtyard. Room service was lovely and the staff was great

Property location is excellent. Beautiful room views with a very helpful staff. The rooms are becoming a bit dated but for the price, it's difficult to top. My last visit was my fourth. I've resided in both the hotel as well as the 1 or 2 story villas which share the property.

I've stayed at Millennium Hotels twice in the last few years. They take former "A" properties such as this, do cosmetic changes, and sell them as A listers. Unfortunately, this property has so many service misses I thought I would just stop writing a review and hit you with them: 1) They were unable to send a fax and the business...

Dear David K, So unfortunate to hear your experience wasn't as great as we'd prefer. I apologize that during your stay we were not able to speak directly, even after several attempts. I wish you well in all your future travels. All the best, Michael

It's a fairly basic hotel with a nice location on the lake. We had a mountain view room on the 2nd floor (#223) which was supposed to be two queen beds, however they were in fact double beds. Bed was very comfortable, with lots of nice pillows. The mountain view was also over looking the parking lot. The in room...

Dear Maurelleisland, Thank you for sharing all the wonderful experiences we afforded you and your family. So glad you took advantage of your mountain view patio for your morning coffee as well as your son being able to enjoy our kayaks and fishing gear. We appreciate you recognizing our friendly, helpful staff. All the best, Michael

We stayed here over a long weekend. It was a business & pleasure trip. The weather did not cooperate so we were unable to use the boats, bicycles, kayaks available to us. The lounge was good and the bartender quite accommodating. We sat at the bar & watched them make all of the different combination of mixed cocktails. The room...

Great inexpensive sleeps for travel to scottsdale Phoenix area. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is lovely and minutes away from everything. If you want to save some money this place is a super value and pet friendly. Best price in town for nice rooms, balconies, pool, golf course nearby and all the sites of the area. Highly recommend.

Was here 1-13-16. Had room 134, ground floor facing the lake and pool. Nice big room, quiet, very nice bedding and mattress. View out the window really nice. Had no food here, so no comment there. Bathroom remodled, nice. But no towel bars at the sink, so that's kinda weird.

We had a group of about 60 there for a national meeting. Meeting room and meals were excellent. My room faced the mountains, but you get a lot of road noise from that direction. The other option is pool/golf course view. If I ever return Rn for a meeting, I will face the pool.

We stopped over in Phoenix heading to Sedona and decided to stay here for the night. Firstly, the staff here knows customer service. From the valet, to the front desk, at the restaurant, we were greeted with smiles. After getting to know us, we were greeted by our names. That takes some intentional effort. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms...
