Just returned from a long weekend at the Phoenician. I can't recommend the hotel highly enough, it was truly 5 stars. The service from the concierge, to the front desk was all top notch. The housing keeping staff was also fantastic, cleaning the room more than once a day,

My wife and I are spending the week in Phoenix on business, and we went to the Phoenician for afternoon tea. When we saw all of the tables occupied, we realized that we had arrived about 15 minutes after seating ended. As we turned to leave, the charming and lovely Lilliana

Beautiful hotel grounds, make sure you visit the cactus garden on the mountain side of the property! It is extremely quiet over there and beautiful. Also a very nice lobby and pool area. Drinks on the patio are a must

Just came back from a great stay at the Phoenician for a conference /staycation. 5 star service all around. Highlight: Daniel, the server at the spa, was a consummate Pro. My wife loved the Margarita. Made our afternoon special!

With only one notable exception, the service was extraordinary, the property is beautiful and food options are excellent. The property is built into Camelback mountain and within walking distance of a popular local rigorous hike (Chola trail) and golf. There is a relatively

I'd be surprised if the staff of the hotel gave you a hard time, if that's what you're asking. I would also tip the maids well, they are extraordinary and will keep the room in tip top shape despite the carnage three small children will inflict.

Unfortunately, no. You will need to take an Uber everywhere. There is a Grab and Go Cafe on-site with sandwiches, salads, paninis and gelato at reasonable prices that is located among the shops at the resort. The pool side bar also has a small, but very yummy menu. These are two onsite options that won’t break the bank.

I personally prefer to have a car at all times. There is lots to do and some nice restaurants as well. In my opinion I would consider renting a car for the days that you are in Scottsdale.
