Nice clean room, comfortable bed with big bathroom. Pretty front garden area with hot tub. Staff super helpful, extra, really! Convenient, near 89A but off main road a bit and felt private. Close to Whole Foods and some hiking! It was great!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained and on the edge of a nice quiet residential area, so the noise level was pretty good. Breakfast was a very basic collection of muffins, pastries, hard boiled eggs, fruit and instant oatmeal. The pastries and muffins were all delicious. I really enjoyed the hot tub every...

In our opinion and experience, we wouldn't call this a Bed and Breakfast! It appears to be a small old renovated motel, with very small rooms! Don't expect a big nice breakfast, they provide a continental breakfast! On the good side, the rooms are clean, was quiet and the hot tub was the best feature!

Great location. Near center of town across the street from Whole Foods. The room was basic with Small TV. NO ONE lives there from mgt. Office only opened at 8am and we had a ATV booked for 8a so, No opportunity to grab breakfast...I was dissappointed in that I could not even get a cup of coffee. Only an emergency...

I booked a room after finding it via trip advisor and it did not disappoint. I had a room on the 2nd floor that was spotless- bathroom was big with walk in shower, seat and hand hold things for safety (my 75 yr old mom recently redid her bathroom with this same feature and knew she would appreciate that feature...

Stayed just one night. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. The modest continental breakfast was fine for us - we ate outside on their pretty patio. We didn't use their hot tub/spa, but it looked very clean. The owner was a hoot and we enjoyed hearing about his movie star days. The inn is off the highway...

Baby Quail Inn is located in a residential area off the main drag, making it quiet. There are few decent restaurants within walking distance, be prepared to drive. The rooms are nice and clean, but small. We had trouble opening two suitcases at a time. It is well landscaped, with blooming bushes and flowers, making the outdoor seating area a...

We stayed at Baby Quail Inn two different nights recently. Both rooms were very nice. They each had comfortable beds, and the rooms were very clean. The inn is away from the highway and tucked into a little residential neighborhood, but is close to great restaurants and shops. It is very private and quiet, almost park-like. There was a two-seater...

Small and cozy well maintained older inn, close to all the main Sedona attractions, but off the main hiway, so quiet. Loved the garden where I sat in the sunshine and enjoyed my coffee and the provided breakfast. Hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. Room was immaculate and the bed good enough for a decent night sleep,...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be very lovely. The owner and staff are very personable and helpful with suggestions. Even though it is located right around the corner from the main road, it was very quiet. The continental breakfast is very good with fresh coffee, juice, cereal, muffins, yogurt and more! There...
