Honestly, the location and the price were the only things going for it. Beds were terrible and we missed out on two nights sleep in a row. Old facilities, loud fan/heater interrupting your sleep and not particularly friendly front desk staff. Will not be returning.

been there for three nights with three friends on our three week trip through arizona and california. the lodge is located a little outside the city center, next to the highway. the rooms were clean and spacious enough. although the lodge is located next to the street, the rooms in the backyard were absolutely quiet. the wifi did work fine....

A good clean basic place to stay for a night or two. The prices in Sedona are very high, so anywhere else this would cost alot less. There is a pool and jacuzzi outside which we took advantage of at night and enjoyed.

Great little lodge in the middle of Sedona. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom, super flush toilets. Nice pool and spa. Bought meat next door at grocery store and cooked out and sipped beer in evening by pool after day of hiking. Very accommodating, Thor was great and amusing. He could and would chat with everyone. Would definitely recommend and stay...

Me and my family were very satisfied with our stay. Comfortable bed and specious room. Warm and friendly staffs. Hot coffee, pastries, fruits provided at the front desk in the mornings. I will definitely come back if I visit Sedona again.

Clean with a comfortable bed is what is important. This motel was simple however our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a microwave and mini fridge. The manager/owner provided some fruit, yogurt, pastries, breakfast bars, coffee, juice in the morning at the office. Very reasonable rates and located conveniently in the town. I used Trip...

We were looking for something budget-friendly for a short overnight trip to enjoy Sedona's sights. This fit the bill. It's definitely an older motel, and hasn't been updated, but it's very clean, conveniently located, and is a nice place to sleep. Cleanliness: overall, I was really impressed. This is a ground-level single-story motel, and there were no bugs crawling in...

I chose this motel based on high TripAdvisor ratings and the price. Next time I will pay more and stay elsewhere. The parking is atrocious. Very small parking lot. Hard to get in and out without hitting another car. Room was barely adequate - certainly nothing special. Bathroom was disgusting! It hasn't been updated since the place was built many...

This was a little gem of a motel. This is a family-run motel and we received a warm welcome from Thor at check-in. He also gave us excellent suggestions for places to have dinner. Our room was very clean and the beds were cozy (but I would consider them soft, which is OK for me, but I felt worth mentioning)....

We were doing a fly Drive & just wanted a couple of nights in Sedona. It looks a bit like 'the Bates' hotel but it was very clean & had very friendly staff ("Thor was a cool guy & he's good for a chat"). There is a very good pizza restaurant & a Starbucks over the road but coffee &...
