Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The best hotel in Loutraki.
It is really worth visiting and meet the owner Elena extremely hospitable, kind, kind who offers all the services of spa and massage for absolute relaxation and well-being.
Cleanliness, beautiful environment, wonderful views in the rooms.
Prive pool and salt cave that will enchant you.
Thank you for everything we hope to come back soon.

We chose this hotel since it is considered one of the best in the area. I was not disappointed since the room was big and well equipped, clean and the lady was very kind and helpful. However I consider it overpriced for what it offers and for the period we visited it (there was one more room busy the days we stayed).
The breakfast was average, not so many choices but good quality.
We tried the salt cave which was nothing special according to us.
The location is good, on the main street of the village.
I may choose it again if I visit the area but not blindfold this time.

Very good, clean, kind and very helpful personal. Good breakfast. Parking in the hotel yard. Good price for the services offered. My room also had a jacuzzi. In the center of the settlement. I would prefer it again!!

The hotel owner has a rude attitude, the breakfast is unacceptable, the indoor pool has a little peculiar odor. The room has a type of whirlpool, but if you want to make a simple douche is not possible, you have to change room, otherwise it's dangerous. You may break your legs. The windows of the room must be close, cause the rumor from the road is very noisy. The services are not existent, but the charges are too high.stay away.

The Good: Nice spacious room, the bad was almost a king size bed and very comfortable. the salt cave room was very relaxing. price for the salt cave room was 5euro per person for 45 minutes.

The average: breakfast was average, nothing special. Owner was nice, but not the most friendly personality. We paid 65euro for one night, which i would say is average.

The bad: the private pool was not warm, the owner said it was 28degrees, but it was much colder than that. We stayed in the junior suite and the jacuzzi in the room took a long time for the water to warm up, the pressure wasnt very strong, so once the water warmed up, it took like 30 min for the jacuzzi to fill up. the jacuzzi is where you will take a shower, so just be careful not to slip while getting in and out of the jacuzzi.

The good thing about the hotel was that it had hot water and the room was hot also all day and all night. The hotel provided us with a free parking which was quite nice while the hotels in the area are all located right and left of the main road.
Our dissapointment had to do with the stuff of the hotel, we had a spider in our ceiling and when I informed the lady the answer was that she had also some in her place and i should put the blame in the fireplace. She told me that she would clean it up but she didnt! Also the carpets were dirty.
The breakfast was nice with good variety, but we had to listen to the chat amongst the stuff, and the jokes they were making. We couldnt listen to each other because they were shouting.
I would definitely not reccomend it.

If you are visiting North Greece, then don't miss Loutraki. The most ideal place to rest and relax. If you are going there, i truly recommend Pozar Palas Hotel. Been there several times and i think that it is the best in the area. HUGE and confortable rooms, perfectly decorated and all with fire place.

One of the best luxurious hotels I've visited. We had the suite with the jaccuzi, wich was excellent. Huge room, comfy bed, fresh towels and a reasonable prize. We also loved the spa, although the salt spa was not really what I expected but it is worth a try for the experience. Totally recommend the hotel!

Nice spacious rooms with all comforts and balcony but breakfast could be better.. There is a parking place in the hotel yard as well as right outside it.
The receptionists were friendly. The salt cave experience is quite relaxing.
