My son and I visited Tempe for Cubs spring training. Beth Hunter, Director of Rooms, provided top-notch hospitality beyond compare. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient free trolley to Sloan Park. Very well appointed/maintained hotel property. Highly recommended!

The hotel was fine and the accommodations were excellent. The interior courtyard had people drinking, partying, yelling, using vulgar obscenities and kept me awake until 1am. Security did not address this noise problem.

Dear rafB9214YT, I sincerely apologize that the noise from other guests in our courtyard disrupted your sleep. I have discussed this situation with our security manager, and will be re-training our security officers to be more proactive in keeping the noise to a minimum. I know this doesn't change what happened, but I hope you know that we are doing...

This hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location, easy walking to ASU, Mills avenuse, in terms of a wonderful indoor courtyard, but it is dated and living and past glory. It desperately needs to be remodeled and modernised.

This was a great place to stay in Tempe. The staff were extremely helpful, suggesting spots for dinner, hikes, how to use the metro, museums, and even helped us change our rental car reservation so the car was at the hotel so we could leave promptly after work requirements were met.

Nice, clean, great pool & spa area....rooms are nice but the double beds would be better as "queen size"...kinda tight fit for two... but a great stay! There were three of us, booked a Jr. Suite...felt too "close" I think bad layout...should be "open", but they switched us to an "Executive Room" w/ two dble, and a pull out couch......

Our stay at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel was among the best experiences We have ever had. The staff was prompt with our check-in upon arrival and the facility itself was very impressive with it's Western flair, it had the feel of walking into a Spanish Villa. I will recommend this Hotel to all our visiting friends in the future.

An excellent location with lots to do nearby, from good restaurants and bars to local attractions like climbing "A" and the Aloha Festival. The rooms are excellent, breakfast also, although the meeting rooms are relatively small. The courtyard and pool areas are stunning.

This was an excellent experience. Keep up the good work. When we arrived, the vale was very helpful. The check in was a breeze and the room was nice, clean and spacious. They accommodated our RV out back without a fuss. The pool was excellent and my family had a great time enjoying it.

Excellent service by all staff. Everyone was very accommodating and the hotel was very clean. Main service was excellent and left a tip for the maid every night because she made our room, our home! Try it.
