I’m not from the resort but have been there... Tikal is at the top of the country and Lake Atitlan is towards the bottom so they are like a 12 hour drive away I believe. I did see transportation services in Panajachel that had trips there but if you wanted to do both locations I think it’s best to just have two legs of your trip
