Driving through the gorgeous town of Williams, we saw the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel on our right. Owners were immediately welcoming, friendly and know exactly how to greet guests. The interior is a living breathing piece of history and anyone wanting to experience a slice of the old Wild West, should seriously consider staying here. Private parking round the back...

The room was clean, updated and the bathroom was clean and they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. The staff was polite and helpful. However the cafe that's there was awful, my son and I ate there the first night and then we never went back even though we had free vouchers.

Pros. The staff and crew tried really hard to make the trip fun. Rode first class. Would not bother with the dome. There is literally nothing to see. Conya Ray also worked hard to make the trip enjoyable. Loved her laugh, woohoo!! The Canyon, of course is 5 stars Cons. The snack offerings weren't good. Low budget Danish. Cold. Coffee...

We stayed at the Hotel 9/23-9/26 2016. The rooms were part of our Grand Canyon Railway package to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. The hotel in Williams is large and covers a lot of area. The rooms were perfect for our needs. Roomy and clean. We were on the back of one of the many buildings and it...

I booked a package deal for the grand canyon. You stay at the grand canyon railway hotel then take the train to the canyon for 3 days and back again. This includes meals at the hotel. First lets start with the positives. The train was a blast Brian and Sandy were amazing. The cowboys entertainment were wonderful. The ride to...

The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. We had excellent service at the dining room. Nicole took excellent care of us- a large party of 12 on our first dinner and breakfast buffets. On our second night we had a different waitress, but Nicole made it a point to stop by and...

We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The swimming pool was great for the kids. We had 2 connecting rooms which made the visit even nicer. The linens were soft and there were plenty of towels. All in all, a nice place to stay if you're taking the train to the Grand Canyon. The hotel is just across...

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The room was great, the hotel appearance was amazing, the location couldn't be beat, the service was hands down the best, family oriented, tons of activities! My wife found this hotel and did the train to the canyon along with a bus tour into the canyon. With the hotel for...

The lobby is lovely, with lovely sculptures and spectacular paintings. The service not so much. I realize we checked in during a peak time, but the "customer service" person was anything but. Surly, short-tempered... /sigh/ Our room was fine, very clean, comfortable beds (2 queen). Coffee maker in room. Nice flat screen TV, modern linens. Love the way the bathroom...
