Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

You are getting what you pay for so no complaints. It was clean, hot water (slow water miser head on shower), quiet, A/C work great (but you couldn’t set temperature), clean towels (but small), commode (short and small) was hard to flush (told office and they told maintenance), one lamp was a strobe light, floors were clean (no carpet), ac and usb outlet by nightstands, and refrigerator worked great
Cons: No breakfast - said it was due to virus. However, all the other hotels we stopped at provided take away breakfast foods.
Cigarette receptacle by Non-Smoking room so smoke gets sucked into the A/C in non-smoking room.

We had a clean room with a comfortable queen bed. It was in a quiet, off the road area of the one level motel. There were many construction type workers staying there who had Chevy trucks, but they were not noisy. They were up for work early (5:30) in the morning, but we were awake and getting ready as well. When we went for breakfast around 7, there was cereal, juice, coffee, bagels (but no cream cheese), English muffins, blueberry muffins, and bread and jam for toast. The night attendant was pleasant.

Close to the interstate. Property is an old style motor court where you can park in front of your room. Single level but looked like there was one 2nd story room. When I first drove in was a bit concerned as only one car there plus someone in front of me checking in but it seemed to fill up during night. Pool is closed and no breakfast being offered. There was a washer and dryer if need to do laundry. Room had microwave and refrigerator, freezer portion badly in need of defrost and refrigerator needed wipe down. Laminate floors. Wendy’s and gas station across street and Taco Bell and KFC short walk. Little taken back that was given a double room rather than king reserved, when I asked if difference in rate was told wouldn’t be charged more, would hope not as I wasn’t one who changed room. Also had guests that thought it would be fun to bang on my door more than once in the middle of the night waking me from sound sleep.

The room was hot & the mini frig was turned down. I dried the moisture in the frig & turned both up & we left to get dinner, down the road. Later, the room cooled off. The beds were comfortable. By morning the frig cooled off. I didn't feel comfortable putting anything perishable in it before going to sleep. The next morning, the Office entry was locked & the night clerk was asleep in a lounge chair, visible from the door when I inquired about breakfast. She said blankly, "no breakfast, only coffee". We saw the covered pool on our way out.

I checked in as it was getting dark. I glanced around my room and looked quickly into the bathroom. The linens were all tidy and folded. Looked good. I had to bring a lot of equipment from my car and into the room and get a few items plugged in. This was a problem as most of the electrical outlets would not hold onto the prongs. The lamp outlets were falling out of the lamp bases. (see pictures). I did some work, it got late and I got ready to go to bed. That's when I really went into the bathroom. The toilet seat was up. There was urine on the toilet seat, rim, and floor. (see pictures) I had some Clorox wipes and gloves with me, so I cleaned it up and went to bed. I got up during the night and flipped on the bathroom light only to see a roach scamper across the bathroom sink. Slept ok. Room was quiet but having only two flat pillows and no extra blankets in the room did not add to a restful night. I told the desk clerk in the morning about my disappointing stay. She said sorry and I was given no compensation whatsoever.

Room was ok. The bathroom needed updating. This was a handicapped room but I don't think a wheelchair would fit. Towels were dingy. Bed was comfortable. Was not noisy. Easy to adjust temperature. Nice smell. Will be glad to stay here again on our way to.Fayetteville.

The place ws clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortabe. There were lots of outlet and USB ports as well as wifi. However, the outlets were sloppy and need to be replaced. It is a one story building. No breakfast is served.

We were in town for a graduation and visiting family, the front desk staff was kind enough to let us get a room ahead of check-in. The first room they gave us wasn't clean so they found another room for us. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again when we are in the area.

The motel is just that a roadside motel - but you are not going to really find hotels in this area. Just needed a place to stay between eastern TN and Bentonville that would take my rewards points. Check in was a very long process. the desk person was new, 1st day on the job, and was having a problem with a credit card or something. the 2 managing couple came out to help. And the line grew longer...It was somewhat funny to have 3 people behind the desk helping one customer, while the line grew and grew, but not too funny when you had a restless 10 year old boy with you.
Anyway, the room was clean - bathroom, fridge, coffee maker, beds, all clean so that was good.Walls, carpet and furniture dingy because of age, but not because of cleanliness issues. I'm not sure it was because I was a rewards points/nonpaying customer or because of me rushing them to give me my key card when I was finally at the counter, but when my husband called there to reach me (my cellphone ringer was off, so he was worried when i didn't answer), they had no record of me staying there! Damn, should've taken some towels!
