OMG where do I start. We booked this as a last minuite holiday. We got a really good deal and didn't pay much, so we weren't expecting much. We knew it wasn't a fancy hotel. But OMG.... Our room was like a prison cell. The bed was like one of those camp beds, really uncomfortable, cold concrete floors, dirty bathroom.... More

Stayed here Feb 2015. Had a great time. The staff were amazing, couldn't be more helpful. The rooms were clean. The room was small but enough. The food was plentiful and tasty. Couldn't recommend it more highly.Great base for a ski holiday.

This Hotel is a fantastic place to explore this region of the Pyrenees for a few days, in case of bad weather, shoppping is easily possible because its location close to the center. The rooms are relative small but clean and with all the usual comodities/facilities referred to the hotel´s standard. What we liked especially was the panoramic view from... More

Our family party stayed in this hotel , half board, in January 2015. Check in was fast & efficient and the reception staff (particularly Daniella) could not have been more helpful. Our 3 bed room was small but adequate for a budget break. Food was very good with a comprehensive buffet.

Where do I start? Terrible attitude by reception staff. Rude, impatient and uninformative. Then there's the rooms. Dirty ashtrays in my room when I arrived. As in full ashtrays. Room smelled terrible. Can;t open windows even a crack. Radiators were locked on high. This might sound like a ridiculous complaint but when the room smells, it's already overheated and you... More

First of all, as soon as we arrived to the hotel the rooms weren't allocated, so we had to wait 1h to solve this. Second, the race for food. If you are thinking of staying in this hotel make sure you arrive to dinner 30min before time, otherwise... no food or a selection of chicken nuggets will be provided. Third,... More

Beside the fact that the food is awful, it is almost impossible to find food in the restaurant if you get it there 40 minutes after the opening. The rooms are ok, but sometimes there was no towels and the cleaning, lets call it so, is terrible. The staff is nice, but without means to work. No 3star hotel at... More

There was only about 12 people staying in the hotel and we was all put together so at night it was very noisy, children running up and down the corridor and people moving furniture! The food was really bad, mainly fried food and a bit of salad and nothing special for the few of us, on the final night we... More

We only stayed one night in this hotel on our way to France. The hotel is basic and it was occupied by very noisy groups of people that made our stay unbearable. Sleeping was impossible with bunchs of people shouting all night. Food was bad.

Refugi dels Isards is situated at the bottom of Pas near the old French border. At first glance it looks much like almost all of the hotels in the Grandvalira ski area in that it is mostly situated above a shop with a small ground floor presence. On entering the hotel we were greeted by a friendly reception team who... More
