Pros: Friendly staff and a great looking clean hotel, the room was nice with everything we could need. Generally a great place to stay. The sauna was good. Really close to slopes. Free WiFi is a bonus. Cons: Parking is extortionate €19 a day, sauna is €12 a go, the temperature of the hotel is a bit warm for me......

We had to cancel our holiday, and the hotel were totally un-sympathetic and would not even offer a partial refund or future discount- even though Booking.com (the agent who we booked with) told us that the hotel would likely refund at their discretion. Took WEEKS to get a response from them too. I do not like to deal with companies...

We didn't expect much, but the apartment was well equipped, very clean and quiet, and the location was great. The room was cleaned daily although it's not common in ski apartments. The supermarket is close and the slopes are a few minutes walk.

Was very pleasantly surprised how lovely and big the rooms were after reading some comments !!! The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly the rooms were spotlessly clean. The spa should be free I think more people would make use of it then :) Overall we had a fabulous holiday and we would stay here again.

After reading the other reviews on here I was a bit sceptical in regards to what to expect. We arrived late evening and the receptionist was polite and efficient. Our room was clean and tidy, with perfect facilities for what we needed. I was surprised to find a small tube of washing up liquid, a sponge and drying cloth provided....

We stayed at the Alaska in Febuary in a one bedroom apartment. There were five of us, 2 adults and 3 children. There was more than enough space. A large double bed and two other large sofa bedew in the lounge/kitchen. The place was very clean and the location was great! We didn't use the ski lockers though as you...

Stayed here for a week in a 4 person apartment at the beginning of February. I agree with some of the comments about the ski locker area and we decided not to "invest" in the spa. Would have loved a massage or two but the prices are exorbitant. Compared to apartment in Encamp (last year) it was nicer fit out...

Apartments are not ski in-ski out! Boot rooms too small, dirty, cold, and wet. There are no boot heaters in ski lockers; there is no facility to dry boots. The spa not worth 12EUR per person! Cold small Jacuzzi just +30 degrees. Poor Wi-Fi. "Kitchen" facility very small, two persons couldn't be at same time. There is no oven, dish...

We recently stayed in ApartHotel Alaska for the second time this year. We reserved our rooms for free and the accommodated a change to the numbers and room sizes the month before we arrived. The location of the hotel is very close to the slopes (a two minute walk). It is also across the road from some of the busiest...
