My husband and myself enjoyed the Palace Hotel immensely. We stayed in eureka 3 years ago at another hotel but went to the spa at the Palace, we enjoyed that experience so much that when we plan our trip this year we made the decision to stay at the hotel as well. I could not have been happier with that...

What can one say about a place that is perfect? This hotel was completely restored on the inside with all antique furniture and decorations. The suites are larger than some one-bedroom apartments. Our room had an antique oak headboard, beautiful dresser, love seat, and tables. I was able to peek into the other rooms and they were just as gorgeous....

We have stayed here many times when the Bikes, Blues and BBQ event is going on and always enjoy our stay. It is far enough from the main street noise (100,000+ motorcycles), yet a convenient walk. This year my wife and I got the "Works", which included mineral bath, steam, facial and massage. This is a great way to relax...

The baths at the Palace Hotel are a perfect way to top of a day of shopping, eating, and walking around the hills of Eureka Springs. Individual deep clawfoot tubs in private "rooms" with hot mineral water. The whole building smells like eucalyptus. $20 for 30ish minutes. Call ahead for an appointment as they can be booked on weekends. They...

We stayed in Jacuzzi King suite #7. Lovely experience. All comments and photos we had seen on Trip Advisor were accurate. Long flight of steps up from parking, but we were prepared. VERY comfortable bed, close to downtown shops and restaurants. Excellent service from staff, but a few minor issues related to age of building. Suggested to staff they repair...

We had a relaxing and fun weekend at the Palace Hotel and Spa. We stayed in room #7 which was perfect! The room was big and was very welcoming. The jacuzzi tub was awesome! I swear you could fit 4 people inside it! The bed was super comfy and I didn't really want to get out of it. The refrigerator...

We had our honeymoon here and came back 10 years later, if you love a large room get #8, great staff nicely decorated rooms, don't worry about parking they have their own lot, you can park and walk around town, very helpful since parking is tight in Eureka Springs, lots of nearby shops and every kind of restaurant and bar...

My wife and I stayed here two nights for an anniversary getaway. The old building is charming, and the restoration work was expertly done. They managed to maintain the comfortable elegance with the addition of modern convenience. My wife raved about the spa treatment down stairs. The only downside was the trek up a mile of stairs from the parking...

Went to Fayetteville to pick up our daughter from orchestra camp; decided to stay for a short vacation nearby. Drove up with no reservations and got lucky since there was nothing going on this weekend. This place has about 6 rooms; three of us stayed in room 2, first one in the front door. All the rooms are different...this is...

My beautiful bride (of 1 year) and I stayed in room #5. We treated ourselves to the 1 hour massage. Highly recommend this. The relaxation sets the tone for the remainder of the trip. Big spacious rooms, jetted oversized tub for two, complimentary champagne, crackers and cheese with mini fridge. Great view overlooking the historic loop. A great, much needed,...
