Since apparently Eureka Springs was really busy the weekend we were there with lots of bikers in town (gorgeous fall weather), we were happy to be able to have a place to stay for the one night here. The bedding was clean but definitely needs a major update as others have mentioned. We weren't too thrilled with all the smoke...

Our room was large and had all typical things in a room. The tub was huge but the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors in stereo watching the same program on tv. The location is very good and it is a great value. Not a bad place to stay. There was an old smoke smell to the...

We booked this for one night only...and there was not much else available in Eureka Springs....or we probably would have stayed elsewhere. The room itself was very old and out dated, wallpaper peeling off of the walls, carpet looked filthy, bathroom not clean, and the saddest continental breakfast I have ever seen. The walls are so thin between rooms, that...

Booked three nights, could only stand it one.. The room was non-smoking but stunk of smoke, found a piece of broken glass on the floor, broken glass in parking lot as well, the bed was awful, the towels and sheets were so thin you could see your hand through them. The window had moisture between pains and you could not...

The musty smell in our room was so bad that I had a constant headache and we ended up leaving one night into our three night stay. We booked through a third party site so our charges were non-refundable, and that's OK. We just chalked the cost up to not reading reviews enough (or trusting good ones too much) and...

For someone who is content with a bed for the night and doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles, I was sadly disappointed. Every aspect of the room was outdated from the peeling wallpaper, the old tube tv, to the ancient bed. I will say the staff was very friendly, courteous, and overall environment was safe.

We were thrilled to find a wonderful smelling, absolutely clean and perfect room for smokers. Lush towels, clean beds, great lighting and every amenity at my fingertips. Since it was hot, we spent a great amount of time at the pool. The area around the pool could have used a bit of paint and cleaning, but more importantly, the pool...

We stayed there for only one night. We got the king room with Jacuzzi. The room had a musky smell. The jacuzzi was awesome. The bed was very uncomfortable for me, it was hard as a rock. But you get what you play for tho. It was $69 a night. Would be ideal for a last minute stay.

We expected a hole from one review place, we where really happy to find the room very clean, coffee pot with all the things to go with it and cold fridge. Decent t.v. and very quiet, except for a/c, which worked really well. It was all pretty good. My bed was very firm, my husbands not so much. Just the...

This is a no frills motel at a great price. Central to everything and clean rooms. The staff was very nice. No problems with room. Good nights sleep. Quiet. We did not eat the free breakfast because I wanted to eat at a restaurant down the road. I do know they offer one. They did offer us some freshly baked...
