New addition had clean beautiful Scandinavian woodwork rooms - four with handicap access . The 5vdc USB phone charging outlets were a nice touch. Good breakfast buffet including scrambled eggs. Very quiet, terrific light proof curtains (which is...

We vere very pleased about our stay in Hotel Gullfoss. Fine location and wide beautiful views both from hotel room and breakfast room. There is nice about 3,5 km walking path from hotel to Gullfoss waterfalls. We stayed in old part of the hotel. Room was very nice, modern, clean and in excellent condition. Bed was first-class. Soundproofing was very...

This is a modern hotel by Icelandic standards. Modern design, modern looking rooms, comfortables beds and a nice bathroom shower combo. Working Wi-Fi. Good standard breakfast and an updated dining menu and excellent dinner. Great location for exploring and photography work. Gullfoss waterfalls in a close drive away - go early or late - and catch the sunset or sunrise....

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Now we were in the new section which is definitely where you want...

The surrounding hills seem to change with the sun, the horses and sheep in the distance seem to know of no problems. Staff always friendly and helpful, clean rooms and stunning views. The canyon with the river Hvità is stunning and I think many miss to...
