We used to stay here quite a lot, 4-5 times a year. However, the prices have become extortionate. We were quoted €170 b&b for one night. The hotel is nice but definitely not worth that kind of money. I eventually found bargain on a discount website. We were going to eat in the bar but it was just too cold....

Lovely hotel for a family. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The family rooms are spacious. They have a lot of activities to offer for kids. The city centre is few minutes away from the hotel and lots of places to visit around. Really enjoyed our stay.

Most residents seemed to be struggling with internet access during including both myself and a colleague during our stay at this hotel. For business users Internet access is a prerequisite and this hotel states that this is offered but the performance was poor to nonexistent. This proved a significant inconvenience over our two day stay. Apart from this I would...

We chose the oriel house hotel for our wedding reception last October and can not recommend it enough. Planning a wedding from abroad is no easy task but both Ronan and Elaine went above and beyond to ensure that no detail was left unturned and were always quick to reply to our emails/ calls in the lead up to the...

An ideal place to stay within a short commute of Cork city. A short distance from the motorway. The food here is adequate and served with a smile. The staff appear happy and I would say that this is a well run hotel. The bar staff are friendly and informative. All in all this hotel is well run and clean.

My sisters and I spent a lovely few hours relaxing over afternoon tea in the restaurant last Friday. Susan in particular couldn't have done more for us while at the same time allowing us to chat together. The atmosphere was calm and the other customers there seemed to be just as content to enjoy the selection offered by the chef...
