We only stayed for one night. The breakfast was busy in the morning and slightly rushed, close to a lot of restaurants and shops. So it is a good location if you want to sight see in the town or nearby.

Perfect location right in Dungloe. The owners, James and Mary, were incredibly kind and accommodating and had a wealth of information on the area. The accommodations themselves were clean and comfortable and encouraged us to relax and enjoy our holiday. While we only stayed for two nights, we wished we could have staying longer!

We only stayed for one night in July 20014 and wished we had planned to stay longer. We received a very warm welcome from James who is the friendliest host with lots of local information. Our room was very comfortable, a bit old fashioned but very clean and for the price we paid it was excellent value. We heard no... More

Thanks to James A for making our trip in Dungloe feel like a visit with family (and if you are related to anyone in Dungloe, there will be connection to everyone.) The room had everything we could need or want, comfy beds, hot shower, and a delicious Irish breakfast. I highly recommend and hope to return myself.

We stayed for one week at this guesthouse and were very happy, the owners Jamesie and Mary were very friendly and helpful, and we heard no noise from the pub downstairs, however we did have a few late nights ourselves as we were at a festival in Kincasslagh. The guest house is in the centre of Dungloe so was convenient... More

when booking the room I was well warned about the liklihood of night time noise, then on arrival we were given a choice of rooms . . the brighter one at the front we were told would be more noisy. We chose the back room and hardly heard a thing. The decor is a bit frilly and old fashioned but... More

The website gives the impression of a modest, family run, family friendly B&B unfortunately with the Saturday rock band in his pub kicking in about 23.00 any thoughts of a restful night are history. I stayed here with my wife and daughter and it was honestly the worst night I have ever spent anywhere. After driving over 4 hours to... More
