Stayed 2 nights in this great b&b. In the heart of the town but still quiet at nights. Owner Patricia was an extremely friendly lady who was keen to advise on good places to go. Drove to Malahide and then Howth which was a great day out. Castle grounds in Malahide were fab and Howth was a lovely harbour town...

Great location, Sizable rooms and Patricia was a wonderful hostess. Walk to everything in town. I would request a room away from the street. Mine was in back and eerily quiet. We were in Ireland a week and only stayed one night before departing for airport the next day but this would be a wonderful location if staying a bit...

This B&B is absolutely perfect! The location has everything that you could ever want within very short walking distance. Great restaurants, a mall, pubs, etc. The rooms were all very nice and had everything we needed from our group. Patricia went way above what was expected when she gave us money back for her not being able to be there...

Just back from a stay at this b and b and I can honestly say I will definitely be returning again. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. For a budget option while visiting Dublin, this was a great choice. Despite reserving a back room, we were given a front room overlooking a hamburger restaurant. I had misgivings about how our night of sleep would be, especially since we stayed during a very warm day in July and would need to sleep with the window open, but actually...

Convenient to Dublin airport, nice buffet breakfast, very informative host, rooms clean and tidy, large car park. Pay on arrival and breakfast until 9.30am, no guest lounge, so you have to stay in your room.

Patricia went out of her way to help us and store our bags whilst we traveled from another location prior to staying with her. Very comfortable accommodation and easy access to Dublin and Airport. Easy to find location and very handy to town centre and public transport. Enjoyed the little chocolates left in the room each day. Rooms very clean...

Stayed here for one night while attending a party in Swords. Great location right across from the Pavillions shopping centre & a stones throw from the main street. Lively room, bright, comfortable & well decorated. Breakfast offered everything you could possibly want & more. Would definitely stay here again.
