My husband and I visited Dickson Street Inn for a quick over night anniversary trip. We found the Inn very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in Room 8. There was no closet, but for us, wasn't an issue. The view was very nice, especially at sunset, as it faces West. I could see how it... More

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay which is convenient to the University of Arkansas (sight seeing) and George's Majestic Lounge (concert). The host was kind and helpful upon check-in. We had reserved an executive room which was upstairs without northern street-side windows (Dickson Street can get happy on a weekend night). The room had a... More

I expected the B&B to be cute, but it was delightfully stylish. This is not a chintzy B&B, but rather one with some nice antique pieces in an understated style. It was a delight. The breakfast was good--the quiche was homemade and there were other items as well (including delicious scones) and a good selection of tea (thank you!). The... More

So many things were not right with Dickson Street Inn. My room was dirty and noisy with no closet and nowhere to sit except the bed. The walls were paper thin and the people in the next room seemed intent on opening the door between their room and mine (although there was insulation or something to prevent them from actually... Great little Inn right (like 20ft away) from the best street for drinking and safe & fun nightlife and music that I've encountered. A little pricey but cheaper than a DWI! Go to Dickson St Pub downstairs and then go to Brewskis and Mickey Finns and Georges. Eat at Los Bobos...

The room was nice, and the location is great if you just want to putz around out on Dickson or if you're in town for a game or something. The staff was always attentive and can valet your car for you if their (small) parking lot is full. Four stars because the breakfast is nothing special. We were there for... More

My husband and I stayed at the Dickson Street Inn while we visited Fayetteville on a house-hunting trip. The Inn was very clean and well-furnished. Our room was perfect - a comfortable king-size bed, nice bathroom, and lovely view of Old Main. The gentlemen who greeted us at the front desk (during check-in and check-out) were very kind and helpful.... More

Have stayed here twice. Small, intimate B&B, great rooms and service. Breakfast is just ok. Great restaurants, shops, bookstore, etc. within easy walking distance. Probably a five minute walk to the square, and 15 minutes to Old Maine.

We had higher expectations based on ratings and reviews. Our room was clean and well-kept, and bed was comfortable. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. But on a random Thursday in late January, the street noise from the bars was enough to wake us up several times. Breakfast was not special for a B&B -- self-serve, carb-loaded,... More

Great place for a night stay during long weekend visit to NW Arkansas. Nice room. Good breakfast. Great location on Dickson St. Just across the street from Bordino's. Excellent dinner there. Stop in Common Grounds just up the street for some great beers on tap. Try the Boulevard Rye on Rye if you like beer and bourbon. It might be... More
