We stayed here last night and happily recommend this lovely bed and breakfast. Our hostess, Siobhan, was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was very comfy and more than well equipped with everything we needed and was lovely and warm. Breakfast was delicious and the homemade scones was probably the best I've tasted. Beware the breakfast!! Large and beautifully presented....

It was our first B&B experience in a very long time and it was great. The room was clean and pleasant, breakfast was delicious and very filling, didn't need to eat for hours afterwards! But the best was the host who was incredibly welcoming, helpful and lovely. Not far from centre of Nenagh either, would definitely stay there in the...

Siobhan has to be the most hospitable host any hotel or B&B has ever seen. Her customer service and care is second to none. House is very well maintained and perfectially spotless. Rooms are very comfortable, Breakfast was very tasty, abundant and carefully and lovingly prepared. We were attending an athletic event in Nenagh and our host went out of...

This place is spotless reasonably priced and close to the town. Arrived at 5pm and Siobhan the owner gave us tea and cake. Had a great breakfast with as much selection as any hotel. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Will definitely be back.

Modern and with every imaginable amenity including USB charging ports. The home was built not long ago to be a B&B exclusively. The proprietor is a lovely and very thoughtful woman. The location and grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. Highly recommended.

Although very short, our stay has been enjoyable. The host - Siobhan - has made sure of that. Excellent and hearty breakfast, perfection to the detail and lovely view. We will be back with the first opportunity.

Saorview, satellite TV, chargers for USB appliances, rock solid strong wifi - this B&B has everything the modern traveller needs. I only stayed one night but am already planning a return with my partner later in the year. Big comfortable room, strong shower, lovely choices for breakfast - a great place to stay. Charming owner/hostess. i would highly recommend Abbeyview.

My wife and I stayed again at Abbeyview for 3 nights. Siobhan was her usual welcoming self and she has upgraded " our bedroom" since our last visit with a very comfortable king sized bed and padded headboard. She has also thought of small but important things like USB charging point for the multiple devices we all travel with these...
