Overall my feeling on this hotel was that is was a relatively good deal for the money which was only 44 euros which included breakfast. I stayed here with friends. I am ashamed to admit that I'd never heard of Baeza, or its sister town Ubeda five miles away, but both are lovely Renaissance towns full of interest. Great little 3 star hotel. The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into the making this an attractive hotel. The young people at check in were both polite and helpful. Both spoke english. People are really friendly there. I had an issue with a bed a bit too small for me and they changed our room straight away. Food was also very good although the kitchen seems very small and the job seems quite tough for the cooks! Easy to find a place for the car so easy to travel with the family.... More

Classy and attractive hotel, with pretty courtyard garden and small pool - ideal for a relaxing dip after exploring the Renaissance town of Baeza. Clean and comfy bedroom, with beamed ceiling. The hotel was very nice. It is in and old building inside the walls that surround the old center. The place is well decorated, and staff is very polite and helpful. My family of four stopped off in Baeza simply because it was halfway between Madrid (where we landed) and Marbella (where we were headed). This turned out to be an inspired choice. Beautiful and welcoming, this hotel is also very reasonably priced. Rooms vary in size and style, but all are well appointed with elegant furniture, tasteful wall hangings, TV, etc. Large comfortable beds. Beamed ceilings throughout. I spent two nights here. During the second day--when I was out and about at 8AM, in my room from 4PM to 7PM, and then out again--the little things added up to the point where I said, "Wait a minute, I'm being hoteled." There are a lot of charming aspects to talk about but there are also a few shortcomings. The fella we spoke on the phone with was also charming and helpful but upon arrival, we were greeted by someone else and a lobby full of cigarette smoke which forced us to wait outside while my husband completed the registration.
